Taco Bell

Absolutely horrible service. I had to go back twice today because they could not for the life of them get a simple two plain LETTUCE, SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE taco right. First time you out MEAT. Second time you put tomatoes. You even repeated the order back to us TWICE! Maybe your attention to detail should be evaluated. When people come through the drive threw we would really rather NOT have to come back if we don’t live around the restaurant. It shouldn’t be hard at all to read and do the proper order. Ya okay maybe one error, but to mess it up a second time LOL I can’t even. And then to top it off you say we said that we wanted that. Next time I’m going to record you at the window so you can see your wrong everytime. PAY ATTENTION!

UPDATE (5/8/2022): Went back on a Sunday afternoon for the Spicy Taco Big Box combo again with hard beef tacos. The flavour was exploding in each of the three tacos this time, the fries supreme was swimming in cheesy goodness and the cinnamon twists were delectable. I couldn't tell which part of the combo was my favourite, now that's how you do Taco Bell! Compliments to the chef! Old: The big box combo this time was decent value. Service could be improved as nobody gave me a cup for my drink and I had to ask for it. Lastly, the side door opens up right onto the ramp and I wasn't expecting the sudden drop in ground level when I stepped out, hyperextended my knee when I took my first step out. My bowels aren't going to be the only thing hurting from Taco Bell tonight...

TLDR ; DONT GO HERE This was my goto restaurant for tacos but the quality and services are worsening by each day. Asked for sauce, WAS TOLD "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE" the exact words. FOOD quality bad, served Stone Cold. Most definitely Last visit to this place. I will tell my friends to avoid this place at all cost. Worst experience ever.

Just a Rip off! I ordered a chicken crunchwrap and I felt like I was eating only a tortilla filled with cheese and lettuce. Not at all happy. I had threw the wrap as I dont like eating tortilla by itself. The chicken you see in the picture thats all it had! Staff was good, went on a Sunday evening so it was busy. But Taco Bell, common! You need to be more generous with the toppings!

I'm very upset as my order I asked for sauce as child won't eat without ,so put second order in for more food as cant just order sauce for delivery again a called store only to be told not this store never got order like that herd ,called delivery man whom confirmed yes it is this store on Upper James ,as he already picked up and she forgot sauce again .But of course out two delivery charges and no sauce, door dashers said well u got your food right ..lol you totally miss the point..not impressed at all .
