It's Pizza Time

I have had only pizza from here 4 times. It was decent. Nearly good once. Pros: -halal -close to my work -the beef topping is decent -somehow tastes better the next day after microwaved -they are nice in person Cons: -you don't want to sit in those chairs in the place -overpriced for the quality (probably needs to be close to $3 cheaper tbh for a medium) -they really know how to burn their chicken. I actually didn't know chicken could hurt your teeth

Couple days ago I came in for some pizza and wings.I must say the food was amazing and the pizza was done just right. The wings were delicious and saucy just the way I love it. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming unlike some pizza store never greet you. The menu has a lot variety of foods which is great if you looking for options other than pizza and wings the prices are good and worth the quantities you get. I will keep ordering from here now on.

In a search to find a decent pizza joint while at work, we decided to order from Its Pizza Time for the first time today. Not sure who else is writing reviews on this place, I'm going to assume either the owners, employees, or relatives of the employees. Because they must not have taste buds. Cheese tastes like plastic, they use honey ham in place of bacon, and the dough was not cooked all the way. Coworker and I actually couldn't tell the difference between the raw dough and the cheese. Conclusion, won't be going back.

Ive been ordering from this place for the past two years and i have one word for it. Excellent. The customer service is really good and they have great Pizza and Wings! Very plentiful with the toppings and the delivery drivers are great. P.s try their new Shawarma Poutine, it is simply incredible. Thank you for the experience.

Recently ordered poutine and shawarma sandwich and pizza from this location. Since the owners changed, the quality of service and food decreased dramatically. Will not be ordering from here again. Started charging for delivery for nearby customers and over charged for pizza + also took the wrong order. Previous owner gave free delivery to returning customers who lived close by.

These guys are absolutely ridiculous.... I've ordered from these people on there app many many times....not once have I had a problem until tonight. Apparently my order was void because these people didn't have a dipping sauce I asked for and couldn't get ahold of me. I waited the 50 min and called to resolve the issue. I was told by Lillian ID 505 that because the phone number on file was different than the one I gave them upon calling voided my order. I'm then told that I can place a new order, wait another 40 min and PAY for a pizza I would have waited for over an 1.5 hours. Terrible customer service, this person should be ashamed of herself. I will never order pizza pizza again.
