I do not understand the incompetent minds of some of the employees working at this establishment. I have re ordered twice through a delivery service because the first time I received a wrong order... as well as having the tamper proof seal opened. I have gotten the refund and re ordered what I originally wanted. I have thoroughly explained what the issue was in the re order's notes, and yet again they have not listened to instructions because they do not seem to have the skill of being able to read. Now I have missing items yet again and have to go through the process of getting a refund, and re ordering form a different location.. and funny enough, they have "closed" their restaurant from the delivery app. How embarrassing.

After hours on June 2022 on 1294 King St E, Hamilton. A lady and man working in this pizza pizza shop. Man seem be do be minding his business but the girl really gotta calm her attitude down. This is for you Pizza Pizza owners, can’t believe why you even hire ppl like them. This is the last time I’m coming here. The worst customer service.

Just received an order of two pizzas with plant based pepperoni and it had mold on it. When I called in to customer service they put me on hold and offered me a $10 credit for future orders. I politely declined as I will not be ordering from them again and made sure there was a formal complaint for this location. I was hoping for a refund but I guess that's asking too much when you're served literal garbage.

I love the night crew. I’ll have to ask his name next time I’m there but especially the night shift manager / main cook I mean he goes above and beyond to make every meal I’ve ever ate from this location be just as good, Tonight was a special occasion which made me write this so thank you mr night shift who gave me 2 extra honey garlic wings and kindly remade my order when he realized HIMSELF before I even walked out the door that someone had put the wrong sauce on my wings. He fixed this without me asking and made my night with 2 extra wings. Always tip these guys! They’re the best. I hope this review gets that night shift worker so he sees what a good job he does, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE He deserves one! Absolute legend. I’ll get his name next time I see him and write another review. UPDATE I FOUND HIS NAME! Milton you are the best night shift worker/ trainer I’ve seen in that place. DONT ORDER FROM HERE !!! I ordered from here and usually they say 40 minutes or order is free but that’s not the problem the problem is they say 60 mins and then I wait the 60 mins and I don’t have no food I call in they tell me 5-10 mins and at the end of it they closed and I didn’t even receive a order I wouldn’t even waste your time here !
