Harvey's

Usually location is very busy which is fine because when I wait and get my food it’s always hot and tasty at this location. Yesterday there was no line, got my meal and went home and it was all SO hot and fresh. Literally the best Harvey’s meal I’ve ever had for that freshness and hot temp! Thank you to the staff at this location gettin it done!

I like Harveys, as far as fast food goes...this location is usually not too busy and they are quick to serve you, unlike some places where you wait 10 mins before anyone notices you. Anyway, food is decent and its nice to be able to choose whats on your burger. I like the milkshakes which are only about $3.50 and also they keep the place very clean, washrooms included.

The couple of times it's been busy which isn't bad however today I did a pick up order and waited about 10 minutes to let them know I was there and didn't get my food until about 6:20-6:25 even though I preordered for 6. Again not an issue that it was busy however one employee was just down right rude saying that can't you see it's busy, we'll get to it when we get to it. She should've apologized for the delay stating they were busy nicely. Meanwhile there was about 10 bags on the counter behind waiting. This location is right down the street from my house however next time I will probably go to a different location next time.

2022-06-05 ~1pm Ordered then noticed the manager was using a tablet with a shattered screen on the veggie station centimeters from the veggies. I said I wasn't comfortable with that and asked for a refund.. they started arguing saying it wasn't broken this day (it's been like that for months), none of the shards have fallen off today, don't worry about it. Hard pass.

Absolutely great tasting food. Lots of parking and a drive thru for anyone that’s on the move for lunch. Coffee isn’t bad at all here either. The only recommendation to earn a few more stars is to improve the efficiency of the team working. Everyone was pleasant but it seemed as though there was some disconnects between the kitchen and the other team members which caused some errors in food ordered for customers while I was there which in turn caused delays. It’s not really the end all but if there’s anyone out there who is often on the move the speed of your lunch might be important to you. I would still highly recommend this location for great food and thumbs up on this review if you agree extra pickles are a good idea. :)
