Tim Hortons

Went to the Parkdale loacation through the drive through. I ordered a Ham and Cheese sandwich. They informed me that they were out of all buns and wraps and the only other option was a Bagel. I agreed on the bagel option. When I got to my work I took a bite of my sandwich and it tasted very odd. I noticed the Lady put it on a Raisin bagel. It was pretty gross of a combination with the meat and cheese. I went back in the store thinking this woman just didn't realise the mistake. She told me that she put it on a Raisin one because it's all they had. I had to just smile and ask for my money back. Zero Stars. July 20/2022 approx 11pm.

The staff that works here is great, but this is one of the worst managed stores I have ever been in. Severely understaffed regularly(only two or three people during a dinner rush) resulting in super long wait times in drive and upfront. The staff deserve serious raises for putting up with it and most of them would make more money elsewhere. Get it together and get your staff the support they need to do the job the way they capable of.

Absolutely horrible. When going in to get food it takes a while to actually order, they always, and I mean always have a new person working the front cash by themselves. This is nothing against new people running cash, but more they aren't trained properly to cover everything. Everything is focused on the drive through. Everytime I order I end up getting the wrong order. At this point I'm done, and never coming back. The last time I have went into Tim's to get something, we heard singing and some clapping coming through the drive through area, while the cash looked stressed having to handle everything else. This place needs to be managed better.
