I ordered 2 Son of a Baconator combos for my daughter and myself through Skip the Dishes. When my order arrived, I was missing BOTH burgers and 1 order of fries. When I called the store, they insisted that the order was packaged properly, and dismissed me, telling me to call Skip the Dishes. The bag was still stapled and taped shut, so the Skip driver hadn't tampered with the order. I will never order from any Wendy's again, if this is their policy on customer complaints.

Paid 5.49 for these “cheese fries” tonight through skip. Memod to only add shredded cheese and this was all of the “cheese” I got. What a joke did the person who made this do it with their eyes closed? Probably should’ve just ordered a large fry for this price. Smh.

I would give a zero if I could. Kids in the Kitchen are more interested in talking, then making the orders. Shouldn't have to wait as long as I am.

The staff here are completely incompetent. I have no idea how they even have a job. Ordered breakfast this morning and the girl could not figure out how to work debit machine. Left with no food . They can keep it . I would recommend getting rid of all the staff and start over

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 frosty-cchinos from this location through SkipTheDishes last week and received 2 frostys. Placed the same order not even an hour later and got the same thing. I tried placing an order for 2 frosty-cchinos today hoping that maybe they learned to read properly after calling them last time very unimpressed, they didn’t. Received 2 frostys once again. This location is awful if you’re not physically going there.

Went through the drive thru only 4 vehicles in the cue but took 15 minutes to get to just my order in. Obviously Owner/ Management does not care or know about customer service. Pathetic is the nicest thing I can say. Won’t be back for sure

I would give this a zero if I could. This is the worst Wendy's run franchise on the mountain. I never go here anymore even though it's the closest to my house. The owner of the store is a rude Indian man who is extremely cheap and tries to always get a one up on the customer. Avoid this location at all costs. You will be disappointed.
