Boston Pizza

I don’t have much of an experience to write about…considering my group of four had been seated and then ignored for over 30 minutes. We went to Boston Pizza Saturday night around 7pm in hopes to have a nice birthday dinner. Unfortunately, we didn’t even get to the drinks. There were many waitresses walking around and still neglecting our table. The member of our group whose birthday it was had signed in at 7pm and the few of us showed up about 15 minutes later. We got in and sat at the table only to hear that he had not been spoken to by any server yet. We waited for awhile, but once a group that sat down after us had received their drinks right away, we decided it was not worth it. We left at 7:40 and explained our situation to the two waitresses just standing together at the front and then left the restaurant. The waitresses didn’t seem to care. Prior to this night, the same group of us had gone and ordered the cauliflower wings. We received them completely frozen so that when we bit into them, ice and water would come out of the wing. It was okay since the manager had come to apologize and we were given a cooked second batch of the wings that were fine. Keeping our experience last night in mind, I don’t believe it was worth it wasting our time giving this place a second chance. Definitely will not be there again.

This is a great spot! The new owners are amazing and the atmosphere has changed for the better! The food quality is at the best it’s ever been!!! Will be recommending this place to everyone I know☺️ The upgrades to the outer and inner parts of this restaurant have been amazing! The new owners Akshay and Nikita are amazing people, who have a great taste in their staff members! 100% will be coming back regularly!!!!!!!!!!

came here with my boyfriend excited for a nice dinner and was very disappointed. food came quickly but my pasta was cold. i told the server and she took it back to be re-made/ warmed up and it came back only slightly warmer still cold even in the middle. kitchen staff clearly doesn’t care about customer remarks. i do appreciate the server she was nice and was very sorry and also discounted my dish. but probably will not come back to this location.

My most recent visit here was horrendous. For starters, the service was awful. Even the most basic necessities of waiting a table such as bringing water, taking menus away, and being relatively engaged were neglected. Also, when we got our food (which tasted like a TV dinner to boot) the waitress asked "whats wrong with him" as he was laughing from a joke I had said before she arrived. After our unsatisfying meal and paying, we had about half of a medium pizza left to take home and the server never offered, or bothered, to get us a takeout box before walking away and not coming back. Overall, I recommend you don't eat here if you value your time and money.
