First time dining in at a restaurant in almost 2 years. Came to The Works before going to the Bulldogs game, had the best burger I can remember in a long time, the waitress was working by herself with one cook, they both handled the traffic extremely well all things considered as they awaited coverage to arrive. Will definitely be returning next time I am around Jackson Square, keep up the good work!

Absolutely brutal customer service. Two hours from sitting down until food came, burgers burnt, fries cold and were basically told not to complain. After half the guests left, he apologized for our friends complaining (politely and still tipping him) and told us he was a no nonsense kind of manager. WOW. That's your job as a manager. Maybe not the job for you. Customer is always right.

This place has a huge variety of burgers selection and they all have interesting names for each burger. You can tell this place wants to distinguish themselves from all the other burgers places, from their interesting menu names to their light bulbs salt & pepper shaker, huge metal pans for meal, and the measuring cups for your drink. I tried their “The Tragically Maple” burger and it was delicious. The only complaint that I had was that the meat was not fully cooked and had pink look, but I found out that unlike where I live where all burgers are fully cooked that this is normal for bigger cities, I asked them to put it back on the grill for longer and they didn’t have any issues.

While some of the burgers can be a bit pricy, with the variety they provide and the amount of patty options/toppings it's totally worth it. Went there today and had one of the best servers take care of our table. Shout out to Sandra, she was very personable and on the ball with everything. She gave some great recommendations and made sure to check on our table throughout our meal for refills, etc. I noticed how much she cared about customer experience and changed my old review from a 4 star to 5 star. Great burger joint with many many options to craft your burger as you like it. My lunch special included a brisket burger with cheese, a large basket of onion rings and a free refiled soda. The taste and quality of the meal was good and prised fair at 16. Full bar service with many specials. Fast and friendly service.
