Pita Pit

Pro: I just wanted to share my experience today at this location. I saw the Halal sign and wanted to try the chicken shawarma. This amazing staff member his name is (TUSHAR) assisted me with my order. Tushar was very outgoing, friendly, and resourceful. I got to many different locations to see how the customer service is and leave honest reviews. Cons: I ordered a regular feetlong but they gave me a small pita bread. I spoke to the staff afterwards but they reassured that this issue with their contractors will be resolved soon. Hopefully, next time my experience will be a 5 star.

Iv never had a problem fron ordering here, But id like to make a suggestion about putting staff on schedule that are more patient and not visibly annoyed when training someone. There is a learning curve with every job and accidents happen. Relax. Nobody can learn when their trainer is agitated. Work with eachother, not against. The first few weeks is when a new employee is eager and comitted to learning, show them its appreciated and that you also want them to learn the ropes, therefore everyone wins! :) I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, tempers flare from time to time, and not all customers are pleasant and acknowledge when you're busy and have more than 1 thing to do. Its rough. Take deep breaths and keep moving forward. Perhaps a bell would help solve one of the problems the customer mentioned below.

Since there have been new owners (Raj) I feel the veggies look so much more fresh. The lettuce is never brown and the area around the produce is spotless. Raj's outgoing attitude is infectious. He always gets us to try something new and today he gave us a mango, pineapple banana smoothie to try. It tasted so good and so fresh. The buffalo chicken pita was excellent and the staff is very accommodating in adding whatever ingredients to your pita. If you haven't been here since the new owners took over try it again its excellent and you will notice a difference. I even find the dining area to be cleaner than the previous owners.

Fresh and Healthy as they say. Wide variety of options for those to grab and go. The pita is just amazing on how they make it, as because the veggies along side don’t pop out of the sandwich and you can enjoy it whole without getting your hands dirty. The owner and staff are warm welcoming, as well as they keep the premises clean encouraging customers service.

I rarely go to Pita Pit but decided to stop by for a grilled caesar wrap. The cashier notified me that they had daily specials and pointed me to the promos on the wall. At which point I saw the other sign stating that if you ordered a regular pita and were a student from either school, you would be eligible to get a can of pop, bag of chips or cookies. I asked about the student promo to which the cashier notified me that I wouldn’t be able to apply both but none of the pages stated that. The owner overheard our conversation and immediately he told me that they would update the promos but he was happy to rectify the situation. Aside from this misunderstanding, the staff was super helpful, the wrap was delicious and they do not skimp on veggies or meat. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!
