Primohoagies

I ordered a 22” (roasted turkey) $29 hoagie selection with the suggestion of a young female employee. Upon discovering that it did have any of the basic “ industry standard”, lettuce, tomato or onion, I was disappointed. When I called to express same, a young female, rudely replied that I should have red the sign indicating that those ingredients were not on all sandwiches. The discussion elevated.. After arriving at the location with the sandwich to discuss correction, a young male employee said that that they could not provide remedy. I DID NOT ASK FOR A NEW SANDWICH (completion only).Finally a mature female employee came to discuss the issue. She courteously apologized and provided remedy. Beware!!
