Wendy's

This Wendy's is close to the interstate, so it's a nice and quick stop for a road trip. I went through the drive thru, which seemed very efficient and quick to me, and got my personal favorite... Combo #6, the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich (with cheese). The fries were hot and crispy, and so was the chicken, so I was a happy camper all around.

I don’t blame the workers in here because I’m assuming they’re short staffed, just like the rest of the world right now…but it’s just a shame to wait in line for 40+ minutes. After doing this for my third time now, hoping this place would have picked it up since my last time; but apparently not. Seems like they take one order at a time, and only take the next customer after the person before you has paid for their food and drove off. And in reference to ordering online, there’s not even a point because it’s never made in advance so when you show up; it’s ready. There’s no sign either that their restaurant is closed, so you’ll have to walk awkwardly around the whole line of cars to try to open any of the 2 doors that are locked. But the one lady that sometimes works the window is awesome once you get up there. Last time she asked us to taste the sweet tea we ordered to see if it was sweet enough because she just made a new batch. UPDATE: they close at 7 pm apparently so i waited in line 35 mins for nothing… -_-

This Wendy's is literally never opened. Me and my girlfriend went to this location MULTIPLE times and they were closed. The first was at 7:30pm I placed a mobile order ( they close at 8pm which is VERY weird time and early) so when we pulled up to the com, THEY WERE CLOSED??!!! My order didn't even go through and I never got notified. The second time we came here, we pulled up to the speaker for breakfast and it said " closed for breakfast " again??????? How is it the surrounding fast food places have NO trouble. But this Wendy's is always closed??? How are they getting business and how are more people NOT complaining?? Are they only open from 12-6???? something is wrong with this location don't go here!

I sat in line for 20 minutes before they even took my order. It took me another 10 to get my food. I ordered a biggie bag, which contains a sandwich, fries, nuggets, and a drink. Well they forgot my sandwich. And this is not the first time they have messed up. I asked for honey mustard at the window a few weeks ago, and the lady gave me them sarcastically with an eye roll. i said thank you, to which she responded “yeah okay whatever.” This store needs to be fixed ASAP because until then, I will not be stopping again, nor will I recommend it to ANYONE.

Ordered food online and it took 30 min to be delivered to my house which is 5 min away, which is normally no problem as long as ALL my food is there. Had to drive back for the missing food wasting money, and wasent reimbursed for the inconvenience nor the extra driving. Misrible staff, and waste of my time. Better off ordering from burger King or McDonald's next door.
