First restaurant experience in Hailey, and overall it was pretty good! Fast service, which was great! Got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. The staff were extremely accommodating. Had a request after receiving my food and they assisted me right away. My husband remarked that his breakfast burrito was a little on the plain side, definitely needed the salsa for added flavor. I ordered the R&B steak salad, which was a tad underwhelming. The steak was chewy and difficult to eat. I also had a couple bites that were painful to bite down on; uncooked black bean or gristle. Everything else was up to par!

Always been great food at the other locations so we checked this one out. Long line (ok) but 9 bucks for some fish nuggets and cabbage with a little sauce is not impressive. Too dry and small. The others with me got burritos and enjoyed them - really big even though they ordered the small. The chips used to be homemade it seemed. Now they are stale out of a bag I'm guessing. Salsa was good and they have a chips/salsa bar so that is unique. Love the atmosphere though and outdoor dining is plentiful. Saw a mango margarita as I was leaving that looked delicious and I asked about it and it was confirmed 😋

I have been eating at KB's for years now because of my job I get to travel to the Hailey area at least once a month. I don't think I have ever eaten somewhere else when I go up there because I always know the food will be great. I have eaten at their McCall and Eagle locations as well and they are just as good. It's more than just the food. It's the vibe, it's the great customer service, and I have yet, after dozens of times, to be disappointed. By far one of the best burritos I have ever had and their salads are just as good. I will forever eat at KB's any chance I get. I just wish I had known about their cheese sauce earlier on because it is amazing. Glad I know now!!

been here before with friends on their treat, this time I met a friend and went dutch. I ordered the Street Tacos, simple, light, and good for lunch! Usually $8.99 and a small drink. Didn't realize the charge until I got home and emptied my pockets, my friend walked in as I was ordering thus the distraction Used my card, I paid $18.32 for what usually would have been about $11.00. emailed the 'Contact Us' link and did not receive any response in two days. Must be they don't care, have enough business? It's the principle, employees reflect the Management. Wasn't that incident thievery? Other than that foods OK, satisfactory for a fast meal, just the charges exceeded the menu price. Watch out, be aware, don't let this happen to you unless money is free ; )
