Went to buy a gift card for my granddaughter. Clean and calm when I visited. I didn't eat or drink anything, so I can't comment on the food.

I had a really great experience this afternoon at the Dunkin Donuts with my mom. We went through the drive thru and purchased iced coffee and donuts. There really wasn't a long wait in line in the drive thru for the order either. The staff were really courteous, too.
It was very pleasant.

Clean. Im not too fond of their coffee, but I trued their French vanilla hot coffee, and loved it.

You expect a certain level of quality and sevice from any dunkin, but at this particular dunkin, they do just a bit more, making for a reason to return

Dunkin is a New England staple but I'm not big on corporate structures. That being said I've been going there since my grandpa brought be in for the first time in 1973 when there was only one in the area...now there are 7 in the 20 mile radius around me!

My 5 stars isn't "compared to other breakfast/coffee places", it's "for what it is". Is it amazing coffee? No. It's drinkable. Is the food better then a restaurant? No, it's eatable. But FOR FAST FOOD, and compared to other Dunks, if you're looking at the many dunks in the area THIS is the one to go to. Are there coffee shops I'd much rather get my coffee from? Of course. But I don't always have the time. If you're going for dunks you know exactly what you're getting. This place just happens to have the nicest staff in the area, the fastest ACCURATE service (there's another one in the area that's a little faster, but is it REALLY faster if you have to go back in to fix it?) , And the coffee has yet to taste burnt or be full of coffee grounds.
So if you're looking for dunks or debating between dunks and gas station coffee.. go HERE. THIS is the one to go to.
If you're looking for an amazing brewed coffee, an expertly poured latte with fresh roasted beans and fine crafted hand made sandwiches, then why are you looking at reviews for a Dunks?

Sam Grinzwizard is the best thing to come out of this place, he made the best Bacon Egg and Cheese Ive ever had. Hands down the best employee in whole place.

Probably the cleanest and most organized Dunks location I've entered since coming to Western Mass. Coffee was fresh and the food was prepared well. Fast service, without feeling rushed.
