Kaitlyn our server was fantastic, always here to answer questions and help with anything needed. No problems the few times I’ve been here. Always a smile on her face and never a dull moment with her jokes. Love it here!

Visited the Hadley location today. Came with 2 adults and 4 kids. It was chaos. But oh my goodness the staff was just so great! The food was good and quick. But literally, the staff was so kind, helpful and just so so lovely!

KAITLYN G IS INCREDIBLE!!! Friendly sis such a nostalgic spot for my friends and I and her positive energy made our whole night. Hunka chunka was delicious and grilled cheese was a 10/10

My husband felt the A/C was way too cold so we ordered to go. Took a long time to get two fish-a-majigs and fries, but they were delish. We ate in the car in a thunder storm.

I love coming to this location, the people, the service, and atmosphere is great! Definitely recommend go if you have little ones or to stop by for a dinner/lunch. They have been great to us every time. Thank you!!

We came in 1 hour before closing, to get ice cream. We were a large party (12). Even though I’m sure the staff were tired after a long day, everyone was gracious and the service was terrific. In particular, our server Lijah Joyce, was patience and kindness itself. One of our group has celiac disease (unable to eat gluten), and she took the time to look up and even brought out the ingredients charts for what was safe for him to eat there. We are truly grateful to her.

Our waiter was amazing. So kind and respectful. The food was secondhand to this delightful experience. The waiter made the experience worthwhile. If you go to the Friendly’s in Hadley, ask for Michael. He will make your day.
