Dunkin'

I stopped by this Dunkin’ while visiting the area and had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. The staff was extremely friendly and made good conversation. I could tell that the man that helped me really enjoyed his role and that he was genuinely eager to help me make a drink and breakfast selection. I was surprised by how smooth the coffee was and how fresh the croissants were. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town again! Thank you for the kind service, it was very refreshing considering how cold our current social climate is.

Wildly inconsistent. Ordering the same drink over and over goes from tasting great to tasting water down and even bitter. When ordering online it would be great if they followed what was ordered. For example less ice means less not a full cup. Gets frustrating when you're paying $3.50 and you don't get what you ordered.

Because of their sad 5 item order limit per car, the staff told me she needed to keep line of like 3 cars moving and that I can drive back around to order my 6th item or go inside. I found it less frustrating to drive 3 minutes up the road to Starbucks. This place is a laugh out loud joke. Either fix your process, find a better location or your customers will do it for you with a more capable coffee shop.

I've been to Dunkin donuts in some of the worst urban places in New Jersey and by far this surbaban (ghetto) Dd has the worst customer service and food presentation … I know it is not a 3 star restaurant but the food was prepared very sloppy the hash Browns were stuck together and not fully cooked.....they have a 17 year old rude kid working the window and a 5 item limit .... so if I get 3 coffees in the drive thru I can only order 2 food items....if you can't handle the volume in the drive thru then higher people with some sommon sense and that can fill the orders properly. DO not go here is you want atleast average service... This place is horrible

I have been going to this Dunkin for years and the coffee taste like garbage and is not what it use to be. I use to be addicted to there coffee but now I have had to resort to going to Starbucks. Also there hours are not consistent with what they are on line. I drove by recently and they were closed at 5:30 yet it says they close at 8. I can get closing a little early if it’s slow but that is so early.

Very quiet Monday morning in the Drive-ThruBut yet very annoyed about the serviceI was told at the window that the next time I had five items or more I should be coming into the store because they have a new person making the foodI would understand if it was customers inside and it was a lot of cars but the fact that there was nobody there was what irritated meThe second thing that I have an issue about this place is that every time you order your coffee after you say your order if they keep repeating will that be all you should allow the customer to actually let let you know what the order is instead of trying to rush them I understand about the drive-thruBut it's very annoying and very irritatingAnd lastlyYou shouldn't be talking too loud on gossip about what's going on in your employees or with your employees about who called out and who is a responsible in your job of environment
