Chipotle Mexican Grill

What the hell is this bagging?! I understand that they probably ran out of bags and only have the tiny bags, but why the actual hell did they put the bowls in sideways, THAN HAVE THE BAGS STAND UP. Two of my three bags broke and spilled into my car because of the idiocy that was this idea. On top of it, the Chipotle here always tastes like it has way too much salt, which the other locations do not. When I place aobile order, it takes longer than the scheduled time which once again other locations do not. It's hard to come back here but after today, I'm done giving chances.

The only reason I'm giving them a four star was because of the manager with the braids smiling at us. The person at the tortilla station who first starts our order barely even said hi or looked interested in taking care of us. The line was pretty gross and messy. As well the queso dipped looked old and soggy. I understand it's Saturday and people want to go home at the end of the night but if you work with food don't you want to work the same way you want to be served? It's just sad to see because customer service is none existing anymore and cleaning doesn’t come naturally to people. The food was a little salty but decent.

This place is horrible if you're coming here past 8pm my time of visit was 8:11pm on 12/4/21. No real food options and on top of that you do not receive any conversation. However if you are a online order you get priority...welcome to our new generation. I also ask for a manager and they can't be bothered by customers complaint. This place is a NO 👎No!!

Ordered a chicken bowl. They gave me half a scoop of chicken because they didn’t want to wait to make more protein for the lunch rush. When I asked for hot sauce the girl said “we don’t have any hot sauce” when they had two full containers over by the take out station. She just didn’t want to walk 5 feet to give me what I asked for. The person behind me asked for a quesadilla and they told him “we don’t make quesadillas unless you order online”. That is an INSANE thing to say to your paying customers. I gave it 2 stars because I’ve been here twice and the first time wasn’t that bad.

Very nice staff, super friendly. Clean place. However, probably a busy Friday night and they may need a little work on food presentation. Sofrito is yummy. Tacos to go. 15 min in car... tacos don’t seem to hold up well, but understandable. Broken taco shells used for tacos, the shells were not whole and stuffings was just slapped in. Two separate days, two separate orders. Doesn’t seem like sour cream is being put INTO the taco.

I have never….. ever experience customer service like the one at this location. It was awful. You could tell the people serving the food at the front were pretty nervous or something? I ordered a burrito bowl and every scoop seemed to be micromanaged by the person in the back of the store. The rice scoop was like half empty, and they put literally two drops of sour cream. When I asked for veggies, they scooped literally four individual onion slices. I watched the lady scoop each one SINGULARLY. When I asked for guac, which I pay extra for, the guy who poured it scooped a half spoon, dropped half of the half and then put THAT on my bowl??? I was confused. I even had to ask for extra lettuce because it was like literally 4 romaine lettuce shreds. I’m not exaggerating. Someone has to figure out what kind of stuff they have going on here because I’ve never seen any restaurant this visibly stingy.
