I was in the mood for a beyond burger so I ordered from here. I placed my order on the website for a 11:45am pick up. When I arrived I parked in the local parking lot. I walked in and was greeted by James and he was super nice. He asked if I was picking up and said my name. I said yes and asked for the restroom. He walked me to it. When I came out he had my food and opened the door for me as I left. I thanked him and left. When I got in I ate and something new was the avocado they added. The sandwich was tasty and filling. I had a good experience.

I’ll start with the negatives. First, another family was displeased and called the manager. I should’ve left when they placed their concerns and expressed how displeased they were. But I stayed! My husbands and sons meal came out first while we waited ten minutes for mine and my other children’s meal to come out. My husbands meal was incorrect. Then, after the ten minutes we waited my daughters meal was incorrect. I had to return my meal because it was getting cold. Not to mention my ribs were dry. I was going to deal with it since I already had an issue. But returned it because I t was killing me her watching us eat. After 20 minutes her meal came out. I went to the bathroom, and I could smell it from the stairs. I go in, urine all over the floors and toilet paper everywhere. I loved this places but I will not return. Not to mention the women in the bathroom were complaining about their meals, the bathrooms and service. Manager kindly handled the situation. I hope the location does better. Poor manager was getting called left and right this evening.

Worst food by any franchise. You can get better mozzarella sticks at white castle. Better wings at Houlihans. How do you ruin potatoe skins? They literally throw everything into the dirty fry oil and serve it to people. No love in making the food. It's truly sad what happened to this franchise. Low low quality of goods and worse chefs that prep the food with no love.

When we walked in there was no hostess or anyone to acknowledge us or give us directions on where to sit. So we sat at the bar. The wings say 12 wings but received 11. No biggie but as the night went on I will not be going back. My order came different and was missing items described on the menu. I told the waiter. She said what do you want to do about it. Didn’t even bother to try to fix or rectify my meal. The manager walked passed us multiple time did not acknowledge us or try to even speak to us. He was too busy talking to the bartender making practice drinks for the employees. It closes at 1245 we came at 1045. Does good customer service stop before they close? Have two stars because the jack Daniel wings were good. You can get better food and better customer service for the same damn price at a better restaurant.

I take my wife and daughter on my wife's birthday December 27, 2021. There is only like 3 other tables with customers. We are greeted and taken to a table where we waited 20 minutes and no waitress ever showed up. In the meantime there are 3 employees goofing around by the bar. We decided to walk out, just told the lady at the bar that we were leaving since nobody came to wait our table. She didn't seem to care much. The best decision we could make. The food at Texas Roadhouse was delicious. The funny thing is as we were entering the restaurant, I said I remember when this restaurant was always crowded. Well we know better now... NEVER AGAIN!

I always love this place but this Saturday evening I could tell that management wasn't in! The bartender was talking super loud and the AC or fan wasn't on. It was definitely warm inside. Also we watched the bus boy clean of section (FLOOR & BOOTH) with the exact same broom😳😳😳🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ Please don't don't that at least not in front of customer.

Stopped in for a quick drink and a snack with a friend. I have not been to a TGIs in years. Waited almost 5 minutes before I saw anyone at the bar. Beers were fine. My friend's potato skins came without scallions, although it says scallions on the menu, the scallions were brought out on a side dish in big chunks. The men's bathroom is nearly impossible to find without a map. Not so good experience. See you guys in another few years. Side Note : I just read the reviews and I can see why I had such a bad experience. It starts with management. I mean the fact you can ruin something as easy as potato skins shows this franchise is hanging on by a thread. Too much competition these days to have to wait to be served and have dry hard cheese potato skins served with runny ranch dressing instead of sour cream with NO scallions.
