Cinnabon

Pretty good - gooey, warm, fresh and sweet - unbelievably good! Just look at the picture to see. Service was good too! The price wasn’t $3.50 for a mini Cinnabon! Comm’on! It is kosher, the whole store is, so could be a slight reason for a high priced bun. It was damn good but this is a once-a-year stop for us

Aweful experience with this store. I wanted to buy a box of the 9 mini buns for my husbands birthday. THe owner would only sell me the box from the day before for the “box price”. I asked for fresh buns as the store had just opened and that why I came and he began to yell at me “how can I sell the old ones if I always give the customers the new ones?” He was very belligerent and frankly insane. I will never, ever go back there.

Unfortunately had a negative experience at this location. Normally I love Cinnabon! I had recently joined the eClub and they sent me a free Bon-Bite via email. When I asked about it, the man rudely pointed to this sign and told me to read it (see photo). I wasn't a T-Mobile Tuesday customer, but I still got the message loud and clear. Since I already told the kids I was coming to Cinnabon I figured I better buy some anyway. I asked for two mini bons because I figured I would purchase them, but I think he thought I was asking for it for free so he refused. (They definitely had them in the case, I saw them, so they were not out of those too.) I wasn't about to argue with someone to take my money so I ended up just leaving kind of confused and disappointed at the exchange. I'll still go to other locations just not this one.

Spent half a day trying to order from here. They turn their Uber Eats ordering on and off all day and are sold out of 90% of their menu hours before they close. I ordered one thing, had to change it because it was sold out, then got a call saying they were sold out of everything and I had to cancel it on my end. Couldnt cancel because they had already accepted the order. Called back to tell them about the issue and got some rude teenage girl who refused to help. Not only did I spend 45 minutes trying to cancel an order without losing my money, an uber driver had to go all the way there to a closed store because I couldn't contact him fast enough. Inconsiderate service and they can't operate their delivery system properly.
