Braum's

They are very slow to wait on you. Walked to the ice cream line at 3:00 and nobody in front of us. Took 10 before anyone acknowledged us. There were employees standing around doing nothing. After we finally got our order and went to sit down, almost every table was dirty. The floor was nasty. Beverage bar was horrible nasty. There were 2 managers present at the time. There seems to be no manager supervision every time we go in. There are 3 or 4 employees that do their job very well and are always friendly.

No complains about the food. The service though is horrendous. I understand being shorthanded and maybe burned out but the employees here seem to absolutely hate their jobs. The housekeeping is apparently not existing with dirty tables and overflowing trashcans. Overall, management should keep a better look on their employees wellbeing so they can bring their customers a good service.

I have mixed feelings about this Braums. Of course they have the best milk and the best price, especially with the milk sales they have. I love to eat breakfast here when they actually cook it right. The biscuits are delicious when baked. Unfortunately they don’t always bake them. They just heat them. They are soggy and a disappointment. I have mentioned it several times and they will bake them for a while and then go back to just heating them. A lot of times the store is filthy. In the morning trash running over, even in the bathrooms. Too early to be full unless they weren’t emptied the night before.Trash under the work stations. This store needs a deep cleaning and training for the ever changing employees.

I had a cheeseburger, fries and a shake. The burger and shake was excellent, but the fries were terrible. When I tasted them, they tasted old and they were cold. I took them back and said they were cold and I would like fresh fries. In a minute or so they called me up. They looked like the same ones I had previously. When I tasted them they were hot, but tasted old, bad. I think he just threw the original fries in the oil and heated them up again. 😕

Braum's Guymon is another shining example of the Braum's brand. Always fresh, reasonably priced, and service with a smile. This particular location is an older building, but is well maintained and clean. We visited at lunchtime on a busy Monday and were in an out in a flash. Make sure you leave room for their wonderful ice cream!

Took 5x as long to order than any other braums i’ve ever been to. Also the woman didn’t understand how to make a CHOCOLATE SHAKE. granted the way I ordered it was SO COMPLICATED: vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup (the way they used to be made before braums switched to blending chocolate ice cream)(also the vastly better version of a braums chocolate shake). she tried to hand us two 3/4 full cups of shittily mixed ice cream and syrup, and she asked what was wrong with them. she didn’t understand our request when restated. then she went back to try again and brought us two cups or vanilla ice cream with a hint of chocolate. we reluctantly took them understanding that she probably wouldn’t be able to make them successfully even with a third attempt. i’m an oklahoma native and have never had a braums experience remotely like this. ruined my out-of-state friend’s first braums experience. very disappointing.
