Experience at this Starbucks could’ve been a little bit better when I arrived onto the property the property was pretty filthy with garbage everywhere. Check out the photos I posted make your own decision. I would appreciate few garbage bin around the property and more cleaning often and also because lotta customers that come through have pets with them may be a doggy bag stand right in front of the door for people to pick up after their pet

Came through here for a pre order pick up on our road trip home. Drive through closed by a bunch of chairs piled in the entrance. Inside there were dirty boxes piled everywhere, chairs stacked in the corner, the creamer station was covered in spilled drinks and garbage, litter on the floor. The divider between the grinders on the service side was disgusting with spattered drinks and dust everywhere. There were four people working (that I saw, maybe there was more) and chatting to each other. It wasn't that busy (three people picked up) but it took five minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the order pick up. We eventually just stood at the order counter to get service. The drinks tasted fine, looked a little deflated... But I just honestly don't understand why with so much staff the place is in such disarray and poor service?

Worst starbucks experience, would definitely not recommend this location. Baristas are unhelpful and indifferent & the bathrooms were not properly stocked (both had "no toilet paper signs"). Those are unfortunate circumstances, but the drinks were just as bad. The lady in front of me ordered a dragon fruit drink (with a splash of the dragon fruit mix & the rest water/strange request, but hey, to each their own) she was handed a cup of ice water (but charged for the dragon fruit drink). No one even tried to help her or make the drink right! I ordered an iced blonde roast caramel macchiato and it tasted like drinking a cup of milk with the tiniest hint of caramel. It was horrible and I couldn't finish it. Definitely disappointed with this starbucks experience and would highly recommend driving a little further to absolutely any other location.
