The place is located at such a premium area i.e., Subhash Chowk but yet failed to reach the potential it had. After several years of struggle with the developer, the property is now maintained by an owners welfare association but not much has changed especially when it comes to clean washrooms. This place is especially popular amongst teenagers. Bikanerwala and a trampoline park are the crowd puller places. You will also find KFC, Domino's, Nirula's, and Subway here. There is ample free parking available in the basement.

This is Mall with office space, there are so much food options to have good food however as a office space or working place I don't consider it good place. This is not so big and spacious, Washroom need more Cleaness not sure whether someone is taking care of it or not.
