Kfc

Got 6 Buffalo wing. They were swimming in sauce. Tiny, no meat, greasy, spongey. One bite and threw them out. Got the chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was huge👍. But old, dry, and hard. Got the fries, another one biter. I like salt and seasoning but these were so over salted and seasoned that it gave me that sour jaw feeling.

They gave 1 side not 2 like the meal comes with, ordered all white meat, got the standard with dark too. Ordered large side and the mash potatoes had no gravy. Who does that... arrogant teenager working the drive through. I guess I should hold up the line and check my order, because clearly who made it is incompetent and who bagged it too. The receipt SAYS mash/gravy, also individual. Plan to reach out to the manager and corporate. I guess I should of waited in the line for raising canes. Will not be returning to this KFC anymore. What a joke! Ordered at 12:30pm on a Monday, so you wouldn’t expect them to be out of anything yet….wrong! Out of chicken sandwiches Ordered a combo and only got the chicken and drink, no side, no biscuit The other combo, we did receive everything but the biscuit might as well have been a rock. Then the pleasant lady at the window & speaker. I don’t expect Suzy sunshine but Debbie downer is a bit much. When we said thank you….. we got “uh huh”. Holy cow no wonder Canes is blowing your doors off. The orders are rarely right at this KFC and the staff needs to at least acknowledge folks. If this location last much longer, I’d be shocked. Ownership better wise up. So sad!

Not sure what was worse, the food or the service. Who is running this place? I mean, I watched the WHOLE staff including the manager gathered in the back chatting it up as I waited, finally got my food and noticed how messy and dirty that lobby was. The food looked bad and tasted worse. Fed the meat to my dog and threw the rest away. Wasn't worth the 8$ that was wasted. Drive to another location because I have never visited a KFC as bad as this location. Save $10 and go elsewhere. Just a heads up

Ordered a 3-piece chicken only at 11:00AM on Tuesday 6/21/22 at the drive through. I had to ask the young girl (through the remote speaker) to speak 3 times. She never did. When handed my food, not a word was spoken by her (thank you, here’s your change…anything). When I drove away, there was no napkins or receipt. My bad for not overseeing someone else doing their job properly. I tried to call the store a few minutes later and the phone rang few times, then went silent. I think the chose not to answer. I just wanted to tell them what had happened and it’s pretty frustrating to be in that situation. I didn’t want to be comped. Frustrating.

This is the WORST KFC... If you're lucky the food is going to take forever and probably be cold. Last time I went the doors were locked and no one was answering the drive through, drove around the building and staff was all sitting at a couple of tables in the dining area. Got there today and they were "in the middle of a shift change", so they couldn't take any orders. So I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes until some greasy looking kid with an attitude decided it was time to allow us to order. It's one of few things my son will eat and there isnt another KFC for 15 miles, in case you're wondering why I bother still trying.

I hate it when I have to give reviews that aren't good but my most recent trip to KFC was just ridiculous. Ordered online for pick up. When I got to the restaurant the doors were locked so I ran through the drive thru. They told me I already picked up the food. I told them I hadn't and after some silence they told me to pull around. They pretty tersely asked me to pull off to the side, I'm assuming to put the order together again. To their credit they got it together pretty quickly, but it wasn't great. The chicken sandwich seemed like it had been under the heat lamp for quite a while. There were no pickles on it and it was petty tough to bite through. A couple pieces of the chicken were the same. There was no gravy on the mashed potatoes and gravy and i don't think there was any sauce on the cole slaw. There wasn't even any that had settled in the bottom of the container. It seems like they were having a really bad day. I hope everything was OK, but the dinner was pretty bad. I kicked in an extra star because they really did get it put together quickly after someone else apparently swiped the one intended for me.
