It's like any other Dunkin' but the people and environment changes things. First, I felt like there were so many camera, that it kinda got too personal for my comfortable level. Secondly, I asked jsut from a cup of water with my order... they wouldn't even do that..."policy", and thirdly, the only person there working waz kinda rude or ordering and making food

Hazel is the best staff member. She is friendly and will give you an extra donut at no charge. THEEE BEST COFFEE IN THE WORLD!!! Beats the Starbucks coffee hands down. You will not be disappointed if you buy a large iced coffee.

So slow. I got in line at 12:50 pm and didn’t leave the line until 1:11. Workers are slow and rude. I use Apple Pay everyday at ever Dunkin I go to and he decided today not to accept it? Don’t choose this Dunkin.

I stopped for a quick egg and bacon sandwich. The sandwich tasted fine although my stomach was in knots from an impending job interview, so I couldn't even finish half of it.
I was surprised to find that this DD was staffed with a skeleton crew. There was 1 employee managing inside orders, 1 managing outside orders, and only 1 other person prepping food and beverages. It seemed like the drive-through was a quick experience while ordering inside was the slower option.

It is an alright Dunkin Donuts not the one I would choose if I was walking but if you're driving going through the drive-thru just to get something then yeah but not a place that you can walk into as they lock the doors now.

This is getting worse here. New people slow people and im always late for work. Do they know what they doing 🤔. They need to hire more experience worker smh. This is very bad
