The owner just got rid of the spinach and the tomato wraps. No explanation no nothing. If you're going to get rid of the products the people like that then you're not caring about the people who are your employees. You are just trying to save a buck for yourself and now the only wraps they have there now Is our white flower wraps? AND they charge 13 dollors for a roast beef one with the unhealthy white flour wraps Lousy

Kiara was great. She was by her self on a busy Saturday afternoon doing her absolute best to accommodate the long line, online orders, making bread, and making sandwiches. They definitely could use another employee there. I wanted to just put on a pair of gloves and help the poor girl get through the rush.

How is it that you are maybe 2 miles from the other BETTER location by stop and shop yet your prices are SO much higher Your sandwich artist can't run a register Charged me for 2 CHIPS when I asked for 2 cookies Argued with me that she was right my reciept tells the truth I see why your slow when the Friday dinner rush should be on The owner her must not like to keep her customers You won't see me again

I was heading home from work (commute is 45 minutes one way) and I placed an order online. not even 10 seconds after I paid, I realized I selected the wrong store to pick it up at (10 minutes in the opposite direction of my home). So I immediately called the store to cancel my order. I had the rudest lady answer. I told her my name and informed her that I placed an order less than a minute ago and selected the wrong store and wanted to cancel my order. She then yelled into the phone asking for my name. I told her my name again. She then yelled into the phone again and said “I already made it”. I tried to tell her that I just placed the order and wasn’t close to that store and wanted her to stop making my order. She then then proceeded to hang up the phone. I arrived to the store to find an older woman With short grayish hair standing near the assembly line with her back turned towards the door entrance and no one else was visible. I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted and another gentleman who was waiting seemed frustrated for waiting. I grabbed my food but by the time I got home it was soggy and nasty. I've been to this store before and got sick, which is why I mainly wanted to cancel my order. The food didn’t even taste right that day and today. Won’t be heading back to this subway ever again.

The girl who is working tonight is always rude to me, but her and the other guy working were rude enough to prompt me to leave this 2 star review. They were very sarcastic and gave me a hard time about everything from the first to last interaction. I read off someones order and said onion sauce and they acted lost because i didnt say sweet onion sauce. Customer service 101 if you dont have it suggest a similar alternative! I asked if they could label the sandwiches with a sharpie since they were going in the same bag (the sandwiches look exactly the same) and the girl in a REALLY rude way said "this ones flat" and the guy said "come on bro". They were both hyped on bringing me down and honestly I dont think I will ever go back even though I live a minute down the road.

Inexperienced crew. Worker did not know how many cookies go with the meal. Credit card machine keypad was broken and could not enter pin. Workers did not understand that the keypad was not working even after I showed them 6 times. One of the workers was demanding for me to pay cash instead and I needed to pay a inconvenience fee. Worst subway experience I ever encountered. Would not recommend anyone to going to this location.
