Just could have done with more held hot food. When we visited there wasn't much let and it was before 1pm.

Gregg's Freshney Place is quite small so it often has very large queues. The staff work quick and a very optimistic and they restock the hot section quickly regularly. The restaurant itself is a bit small and the tables don't tend to be cleaned on a timely basis.

Always enjoy a cuppa and something to eat here. So affordable, lovely staff and nice restaurant area. Can't fault 🙂

Staff are very friendly, really good food, plenty of seating, well lit area. Only thing that I would change, no plates for food, all food served on pieces of paper on tiny trays. Otherwise great place.

We went for a light lunch, the hot chicken bacon sandwich was good, potato wedges and donut were fine but the coffee was best described as a cup of hot brown. Stick to the food & snacks and all is well, grab a juice bottle if you need a drink, your taste buds will thank you.

Decent place, the foods alright for what you pay for it. Comfortable seating area with plenty of seats available. Service was great. Can't fault it.

I come here a couple times a week, often for a quick bite to eat between shifts and the staff are always so lovely and friendly. I came today to sit in for a change with my dad and they were still just as happy despite it being mad lunch time rush

It is a hit and miss. One day was great fast service, and next visit very slow, dining area not clean at all. Still good value for money. Hence 4*

Loverly staff very friendly great sandwiches and food loverly place to sit. I went in with daughter after her appointment as she had missed school lunch (beyond our control) very enjoyable. Toilet areas very clean too.... Look forward to our next visit
