OK but why when I go in the morning do I have to start moving chairs and tables out to be able to sit down, it puts me off ,why don't the staff arrange chairs into place etc before opening to public ,it's not very inviting , please do better

Staff are polite and helpful, I and my wife are disabled, and so the staff carried our drinks over to us. 👍

Coffee is always so good but this time they forgot my crisps, 2 packets of them. Would've given them a call but no phone number to be found. Very good at breakfast menus too

After visiting the Starbucks Grimsby drive through this morning I just wanted to say the the service was exceptional, I was greeted by a young gentleman called Andrew! He was very efficient and was nice to see a smiling face so early in the morning. I will be sure to visit again the next time I’m in the area excellent service.

Bought a small iced frapp with almond milk. Lovely staff and was welcomed warmly by Zoe who made the drink. Absolutely delicious. Quick and efficient, will be back xx

Very tasty coffee ☕ and not over priced for the size of the drink.
The staff are friendly and helpful while working very hard. Note to the bosses they earn there money 💷 hope they are paid top dollar in the batista trade. 😎 Site well placed within the shopping centre. 😎

Staff at Starbucks Grimsby are absolutely lovely, it's just a pity the franchise owners of Starbucks aren't the same. Making their staff wear black t-shirts in this sort of weather especially with the glass roof. It is far to warm for them to be wearing those sort of clothes in this heat. If any of them are to pass out due to the heat it will be the franchise owners fault there was nothing wrong with the clothes they were wearing. You should be ashamed of yourselfs.
