Subway

Went in today 12/29/21 around 12:45pm. Gentlemen working there seemed busy stocking toppings. He didn't feel a need to acknowledge my presence for a minute or two. Finally finished what he was doing walked over and ask "What do you want?" I assumed he ment what would I like to order. I proceeded to order a 6inch meat ball sub. When I asked for toppings onions and olives. He proceeded to add a very small amount and I asked for some more and he literally added like one more olive and one more onion. I posted a photo of how little was actually put on my sandwich. The guy seemed miserable and definitely shouldn't be working in the service industry. This store needs to start caring about how it's run and customers are treated.

I’m new in this area and I Just went in around 8:45am the door was closed. The shop stated its open from morning 8am. I saw the employee standing at the counter counting money and he saw me when I knocked the door. I even asked asked him if it’s closed and he says no it’s not closed. I had to wait for him to open the door exactly at 9. I even called the landline of the store from outside he didn’t answer and after approaching he tells me the landline is not working. When I asked who is the owner he says I cannot give the personal information to me. After asking all this questions he was very irritated, his expression says it’s all (he was mad) Attention to the owner of this place, change this behavior of your employee. You just lost a customer.

Extremely rude employees. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Soon as we walked in they just looked at us and didn’t say a word. My mask was under not fully covering my nose. Instead of asking nicely, his instant response was “if you don’t want to obey the rules and wear your mask correctly you can leave” okay crazy sand which maker.

I would not recommend eating here. They changed the dates on the food in the freezer and serve you well past expired fake tuna, turkey, steak, etc. They throw out tons of bread, cookies, and other items that could be put to good use every single morning. However the owners and managers only allow 2 olives and 3 perfectly shaped green peppers on a sandwich 😑😑😑 Typically they only have one employee working and management will deny their employees lunch breaks and rest breaks. I don't know about other locations but as a former employee of this location I can say this establishment is absolutely disgusting.

Showed up the second time 25 minutes before close at 9pm and doors locked. No one inside I assumed they had left early. As soon as I got in my car a worker came out and started making sandwiches. I get out the car walk over to the door and begin knocking, hoping to maybe get a response… nothing. Not even a look. No acknowledgement whatsoever ever. As I can see from some of the other reviews it seems that this location locks the doors early alot. My recommendation for the store manager would be to place a sign at the door stating the early closure as viewing that would be more understandable than seeing they close at 9 but always locking the door prior ti that time.

Make no mistake, everyone of these 5 stars is for Janine, the poor solo employee that Subway has working ALONE at this location. This girl memorizes orders after ONE visit, always has a smile on her face, AMAZING customer service & works faster than any human should be able to. She deals with customers complaining at the long wait, but she's slamming through mobile orders and in-person orders like a champ. Subway! Get your girl a helper, a raise & a promotion! Ffs.

i walked in and forgot to wear my mask, the worker sais "if you dont wear a mask, you will not be served" so i go to my truck and get a mask he seams to smirk and get a kick out of being in charge -there is 2 men in front of me with 5 sandwiches, they take forever, which isnt a problem, after they pay the worker he sais he will make the call-in in orders before helping me, im the only person in line, he sais its policy, i ask him to take care of me first, especially sinse i waited forever for the guys ahead of me.i try to reason with him, i say the phone in number came in after i was in the line, i say im next, he sais no, and makes the sandwich, wraps it, and sets it in the pick up area, then he takes his time washing his hands and getting new gloves, he is smirking at me while he goes slow, knowing im not happy, i order a sandwich, and he makes it, the total was 17$, i only have a 50, he sais he cant take anyting over a 20, he is very happy with himself, seeing me getting angry, i ask him to check, i said i think you will have enough change to take care of me, he sais its aginst policy, and tells me to go to the bar next door and get change. i lose my patients, and called him a "PUNK", i was VERY UPSET, but i caught myself losing control, took a breathe, and asked his name, he said Cam, i asked fpr his last name , he wouldnt give it, i asked who his supervisor was, he wouldnt give it to me, he was so proud of himself , he enjoyed treating me like he did, smirking, and then said "im done with you" so in conclustion, i did lose my temper and said something rude, i really wanted to slap some manners into him, but chose to come home and send a review to the higher ups i will be leaving a couple of reviews online, i will be contacting his supervisor.
