Absolutely delightful time at Baskin Robbins! 2 scoops kid size, and 2 adult singles for $20.00!!!! Plus who can resist the sprinkle cone. The staff was incredibly friendly and if they sold the shirts they were wearing, I'd totally sport it. Very clean and few people customers coming and going. Very awesome ice cream trip. Was a reward for the chitlins, and I must say hubby and I enjoyed it as well. Great job B.R.

It was my mother's 50th birthday and they know it was because it is on the custom writing, yet the effort they put in was sad and disappointing. They didn't care. It did not come close to the expectation that was set based on their sale pictures. Wasn't even able to use a cake, had to make new one. How can they be satisfied with such an effort knowing it was a customer's mom's 50th birthday? Have emailed corporation but was asked to call them...not very good service. I will never go to BR again. See my pictures, what was advertised vs what was made for me. Decorations did not look like flowers. Bad shape. Bad finishing. Now nice white outline on cake. TERRIBLE execution, sad effort, bad service.

Thank you to whoever was working today! We had an order for 8 root beer floats and upon learning they were out of root beer, ran over to the store while they started making the first couple, and fetched up more root beer. Now that is customer service that we can learn from!!! Much appreciated, and they are DELICIOUS. THANK YOU -Gresham Toyota

Went to have a banana split Sign said includes 3 toppings for $6.79. At the register she charged me $7.68. She said there was extra charge for pineapple topping. Nowhere in the sign did it say pineapple topping was extra charge nor did she say that there would be an extra charge for pineapple topping . I had chosen pineapple, marshmallow and strawberry for my 3 toppings. The point is, if you are going to charge extra for a product you need to let the customer know. Also she wasn’t wearing gloves and she handled the banana with bear hands. Very disappointed .

So this location says their open till 10pm, I was at the end of 9 pm and the kids inside who were laughing about being closed early ,so my desire for a shake from BR was clearly out of the question, even though their web site says this location was open till 10pm, 100% not open until 10pm, they need to update their web site and hire an adult to watch over the holier than thou employees at Baskin-Robbins Gresham three thumbs down and negative five stars and I don't recommend going there at least not towards the end of the night
