Best poke bowl I’ve tried! Great pricing and variety in sauces and toppings. The food had great quality and the staff was really friendly and patient when I asked questions. Also I saw a Karen who gave them a one star review for finishing online orders first which they definitely weren’t in the wrong so they’re honestly doing a good job! Definitely coming back a second time :)

Best poke place i’ve been too that’s not in the tropics. So yummy and fresh! All the bad reviews about the guy making you wait to fulfill online orders… cut them some slack. They’re a small business and even big businesses are struggling with the volume of online orders. If you don’t want to wait, order online with the rest of them! The staff is always friendly and nice, maybe don’t be a jerk and they’ll be nicer (;

First time coming to Joy poke it was empty so it was fast service. I paid $13.49 for a medium size I’m not sure why I paid extra for. You get a good amount of food, it all taste very good. I got the spicy tuna tasted very fresh. The customer service was kinda cold, I told him it was my first time coming here hoping to see if he would recommend or explain some of the option but no all I got was silence. I enjoyed the poke so I’ll be back.

Great place to grab a fresh poke bowl... if you don’t know what poke is then you’re in for a treat! Think of a deconstructed sushi roll in a bowl... the seafood is fresh and so are all of the toppings! Each order is custom made to what you want and like... Shop local and support this local business because it is an amazing locally owned business that cares for and supports the community that it is in.

The customer service is lacking. There is no “vibe” at all and just plain and boring. People that work there are unnecessarily stingy with the ingredients and give you a glare when you ask for more. The portions are hilarious every time I go in I get like 4 small pieces of pineapple lol. The guy who was training the girl literally made her take the extra crab salad off a bowl she was making because of how stingy they are. We found SeaSweets Poke in Portland which is like 100000x better. The portions are bigger and the quality of the actual poke tastes better. This place needs a revamp: in employees, portions, and vibe.
