Caffeinated Culture

When there's 2 females working at the same time service is horrible!!!! We give our order then the lader turns and talks to her co-worker and then keeps asking us to repeat our order to her cause she wasn't paying attention when we said it to her the first time. Then she goes to hand my husband my drink and a ingredient is missing because she's been talking to her co-worker the whole time. And when we pull away I tell my husband oh I see as usual this place never adds the extra Carmel even every single time I ask for it!!! You guys are so stingy on not giving Carmel like other coffee places do. And me and my husband just don't understand how in the morning how you can be out of items every single time we come to your coffee shop!!!! I can see that at night time but in the morning around 10:30 seriously????

Great coffee. Horrible customer service. The young lady working had a bad attitude (I could tell something was bothering her). Either way doesn't ruin my day at all. Even tipped her 7dollars to hopefully make her day better. No "thank you". Flat out rude. I honestly felt like it was because I showed up 10 mins before close but could easily be wrong. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. Sour.

This coffee shop is really good, when they are open during posted hours. You would expect a coffee shop to be open on time since most people start their day with a coffee. I have been here multiple times within the first hour of business and they were closed. Don’t take their business hours seriously since the owner and staff don’t seem to be able to open on time.

I have been going to Caffeinated Culture for years now and I absolutely love it! The girls are always super nice and chatty plus some of them even remember my order. The prices are good and not too high which is a bonus. Out of all their locations Gresham is my favorite and I will even go out of my way to drive to that one if I can!

The people at all 3 locations make a consistent tasting coffee every time. At other places I can't get the same coffee twice from the same person. Here I know what I am getting and it tastes like it should each time. Price points and wait times are well within expectations. The staff is always friendly, if you go often enough they will have your coffee waiting for you when they see you in line.
