Burgerville

These guys just keep getting worse and worse a every time , this was how the wrapped the crispy halibut sand , cheese burgers were all so drenched with mustard , ketchup and sauce they were disgusting , not to mention it took almost 35 minutes to get to order and thru the drive thru , this is fast food ? It’s like they could only handle one order at a time when you paid and was at the window , they were just making your food , worst place again !! Sure wished there was a Sonic here in Gresham or an In and out , they need some better burger places and fast food in Gresham , that is good food !! Sorry burgerville , guess your on the way out !!

This is the worst burgerville in oregon. I bought a $7.99 bacon cheeseburger and it was the same thicknes as the onions. And it wasn't fresh it was packaged. I went back asking for money back and they gave one that was thinner than the 1st one. Warning don't go here and pay $7.99 for this... photos attached.

I love burgerville, particularly this location and have been going for years. I purchased the vampire slayer burger. I am a garlic lover but I could not finish it because the pieces of garlic are so huge. This can't be how this burger is supposed to be made. First burger to disappoint me. I'm writing this in hopes that a staff member will see it and correct the way it's made if it's in error.

Worst value in the PNW! I was raised on Burgerville and over the last few years they’ve gone so far down hill it’s embarrassing as an Oregonian. The portions have shrunk to laughable sizes (see photo) while the prices have increased astronomically. I love supporting local, but Burger-vile has alienated us as PNWers by delivering horrible food at outrageous prices with atrocious service. Get this: they ask for tips too now! 😂 if you let them know they messed up (which is very frequent) they don’t apologize or do anything that even resembles customer service. Save your money and avoid this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Two stars for the two shakes we got, those were amazing. I ordered a veggie burger and it was so hard and dry must of been on the grill all day. Frys were nasty. Burgerville used to be somewhat healthier fast food but they have gone down hill. The price was outragous too, spent over $30 bux plus a tip. NEVER AGAIN...pretty awful food.
