Original Roadhouse Grill

What can I say? This place was nice and clean with helpful staff. The food was good but not worth the price. The ribs were okay flavor wise but a little dry. The 14oz. boneless rib eye could have been better; the cut I had was overcooked and had a lot of gristle and fat. So much that I only ate a couple of bites. The strawberry margaritas were a joke! Save yourself $8.99 and just order a strawberry lemonade. All in all, it was a good one-time experience. Would I recommend this place? Sorry, but no thanks.

I wanted some steak and toss peanut shells.... Well, got the steak... Peanuts came in a paper bag along with a pail for the shells. It's ok though. The steak was great, the service was great and the ice cream with the strawberry compote. Anytime you can eat a steak without throwing some bad steak sauce out of a bottle on it, is a good tasty steak. It was well worth the detour for me and been a while since I've been there.

Roadhouse is a great spot with refreshing drinks and delicious food. We used to come in for happy hour all the time and can't wait for that to come back. In the meantime, I just tried the country cognac chicken with garlic green beans and mashed potatoes, and it was really good. The Texas eggrolls are also a must try, very crispy and cheesy, with a spicy sweet chili sauce. Their incredibly soft bread and honey butter is always one of mt favorite parts. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly even though it was busy. I highly recommend if in the area!

Definitely not the same Roadhouse pre-Covid, which is sad. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich...yikes! When it arrived I thought it was a mistake and was from the kids menu. The sandwich wasn't warm, there was no sauce or flavor, there was barely any coleslaw let alone pork and the size? Just look at the picture, even my wife who's smaller than me and eats half as much as I do was laughing at the size (and she claims size doesn't matter). A McDonald's cheeseburger might be bigger than this sandwich. The side salad still ranks in the top 5 of restaurants, but the prices are high for the quality and amount of food. The server was pleasant and attentive.

The food was pretty good, but the service was a bit lacking. We got our actual dinners before we received our appetizer and had to ask for refills. My husband's New York steak was amazing and my daughter's tri tip was so tender, but the waitress messed up on her potatoes. My prime rib was good but my food wasn't very hot. I would have liked to have seen hotter food, temperature wise, and a more tentative waitress for $130 for dinner.

Worst place I’ve ever eaten that the waiter was rude Unattended didn’t care didn’t even come back to offer to see if I needed anything the food was not that great at all they want to be compared to other road houses they just don’t have it there’s salad tasted yucky weather in the way I ordered it had to send it back to get the right order. The steak was so thin you can almost see through it wouldn’t go back ever. The roads were like air nothing to them my waiter was just rude and didn’t care they never come back until after I had finished and then asked me if I wanted anything when I asked for the check!!! Never again
