5 Points Kitchen

Take your earplugs, the place is extremely noisy and you can't hear the people on the same table as you on a Saturday night. Ordered 4 meals that all came out at different times, about a 15 minutes between the first and the last and when the last one arrive we had to send the food back at it was cold, nearly frozen inside. I guess the chef took offence as the replacement chicken parmigiana looked like it had come out of an incinerator, it was definitely cooked the second time. The chips on the meals ordered were few and far between, the few we got must have been in the deep fryer for a few cooking cycles and were barely edible. The young waiter was very polite and professional, he was quite embarrassed about the food and very apologetic. Management need to sit down and try the food and experience what we experienced, watch the employees walk around in circles etc. The place could be good with a bit of fine tuning.

We would eat here at least twice a month Came here for Mother's day Sunday 08 May. Table booked for 6:30pm & 2 of the 4 Mains did not arrive until 8:15pm with other 2 Mains arriving 8:20pm. Almost a 2hr wait for burnt steak & garlic sauce that tasted burnt also. Staff blamed the incredibly long waits on a Function in the other a room. As Business that Function should have been prepared for better so service would still be smooth. Not sure if we'll come back for quite awhile

Had family dinner this evening and having got the final bill really felt ripped off! $160! 1 round of drinks and one of our children asked for Apple Juice and got a pint!! This is really muggy when establishments do this and to a child and a pint glass normally associated with alcohol right! Garlic Bread was dry no fresh garlic! Jalapeños deep friend in a batter and no filling!! Terrible!!! Beef Tortellini….$28! Fresh pasta? No! Filling? Tasteless! Tomato sauce? Sour and bitter! Parmesan? Dry and not fresh!!! So many establishments in the north now serving same menus and quality yet the costs go up!! Wished we saved ourselves the time and cost and cooked! We are not chefs but we can cook a decent flavoursome dinner and fed up with going out spending money and time for average or below average menus and meals!! Sorry guys but last time to you having been here for over 14 years and we will stay in and cook our own food and save money but deliver more flavour and value for money!!!

Terrible arrogant staff who for some reason think that I'm a bum or someone not worthy of them because maybe I have tattoos or maybe it's because I litteraly have a learning disorder but I try to hide it the best I can. I caught the girls behind the bar in the restaurant section one day making fun of me, not even joking. Absolutely discussed by the place never going back.
