I'm only giving it 4 stars because a co-worker gave me gift cards to use after I had surgery. I tried to use the gift cards on their website to order and pay online, then have it delivered. But apparently you can't use their gift cards on their website??? And the whole point was so that I wouldn't have to drive. But you can call and order ahead and pay with gift cards once you get there for Curbside To-Go. So that's what I did. The food was excellent! And the service was great.

All was great as usual,with Ocharleys find no fault with food there. Service wasnt great fine to start. Just no check back for refills a bit disappointing.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I endured 4 sub par or erroneous orders before even complaining, I am offered a $10 credit on my next purchase, I called today to use that credit in addition to my $50 order and the guy I spoke to on the phone treated me like absolute trash. Rarely have I endured such poor treatment.
