i can deal with unfriendly staff but this location in particular has gotten my order wrong so many times i felt i had to leave this review. you’re 100% better off driving a few minutes down the road to the other location, or spending the extra money at starbucks.

The owner was very disrespectful and mean to their customers and I had a bad experience there overall. I probably would not go back there.

The female staff or manager at this location is so rude. Instead of apologizing that people do not understand what she is saying (mispronunciation, accent and the mask) she will blame customers. She also like lecturing her co-workers in front of customers instead of leading them to completion of a task.
In addition, while inspecting your order in silence, she will give you an unfriendly look and smirk.
I wonder how this worker can work in other settings.
Such a bad reflection for Dunkin.

Terrible service and messes up my drink every time I go. I ask for the most simple drink ( ice coffee and almond milk) and receive whole milk and sugar almost every time. Highly advise not going!

you can't go wrong with Dunkin donuts. It's unfortunate that they're removing their cinnabon because it was the best item they had of all time. but their prices and the taste of their coffee is actually better than Starbucks. All the food they have is also better than Starbucks he can't go wrong there.

Convenient location on U.S. route 1 ( west Putnam ave) this is the main east/west route through town. No drive thru or outdoor seating available as this is an express dunkin in a Mobil convenience Mart. Unisex restroom available inside but no indoor seating. Parking situation is definitely tight considering how busy this road is.

Ordered a caramel swirl iced latte with almond milk and whipped cream. Got the caramel syrup, which I don't like, almost no almond milk (dark) and no whipped cream. The coffee was quite rancid and I ended up throwing it out.

The staff at this location know how to run things. They work so fast that even if you can only afford to stop for few minutes, and you see that there is a line, you know that you will be out in less than 5.
Whenever i need to travel to Boston, this branch is my first stop.
