Panera Bread

I am giving up on this place. They put cilantro in or on the majority of their dishes. My husband and I are of the about 16% of the population that cilantro tastes like soap. Even though the cashier was super helpful, my order still came out wrong. I got a blueberry-avocado salad with no avocado. It's right there in the title! My husband is gluten sensitive.There are very few options for him here. It's sad. I used to love Panera.

My wife and I go to Panera almost every day. We have a limited selection because we follow Caldwell Esselstyn's low fat, plant-based, heart disease reversing diet (dresselstyn.com). This diet includes no oil, no animal products; basically low fat vegan. Being like local, is how one review video described their goal. This is absolutely correct. We have 3 Panera restaurants close by and we tend to go to one most often, but all three store managers have known us. Every morning we see about 5 or 6 persons or even groups that are in the restaurant every day. The manager, Josh and assistant managers, Tara and Karen, all know us and we share our lives with each other. Even the employees show interest in the customers. During the pandemic, some stores stopped baking sesame bagels, but one store knew that was our regular order and made them anyway so we would not miss them!

So mobile app didn’t work, came in. Guy at the counter wants me to use the mobile self order kiosk. I’m holding a baby and wrangling a toddler not going to happen. I asked if I can order with him. He was like it’s easy for you to do it. I said not possible both hands are full. He’s grump and mumbling under his breath the entire time. Finally got my order (Togo). Got home and come to find out the entire thing is messed up. A 97 dollar order and only 2 things were correct in it. Or didn’t have things missing from it. Horrible Service! And lack of attention to detail.

This is a great spot on Woodruff rd if you’re looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat, they have lots of great choices on the menu, soup, salads, endless amount of choices, of course their bagels are fabulous! You can get the bagel dozen deal every Tuesday for $7.99 a great price for some great bagels, make sure you download the Panera app and get a free pastry for your birthday 🥳

Ordered with co-workers cause it was cold and muggy out. I don't eat here cause of the prices but... Got broccoli and cheese soup was good but a little watery. Got the Steak and Cheese sandwich, had two pieces of meat and nothing else. Cause prices are higher for delivery, cost was $20, VERY DISAPPOINTED about the money I lost. Should have braved the cold and went around the corner to Publix and got the same for less.

Do you love rock hard bagels, $8 half gallon of tea that’s extremely watered down, or a replacement on 5 out of 6 of your rock hard bagels that are being delivered because they’re all out of the ones you want and don’t reach out to you to find out your dietary preferences to see if you can actually consume dairy/eggs? WELL this is the place for you!!
