Pizza Hut

Don’t bother ordering they won’t tell you their specials when you call to place an order. When you go to pick up you see the specials listed and no accommodations will be made for you. Should’ve just called Papa Johns they support HBCUs anyway This is what I paid for the only thing that looks good is the wings

My first time ordering from this location. Although they didn't make the pizza correct the first time, they realized their mistake and had started making a new one before I got there to pick it up. Both pizzas ordered were great! I definitely will be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Chris, the manager, was also very courteous.

Placed order at 5:35p Pizza Hut on Burlington Rd in Greensboro. Received messsge the order may take over 2 hours. Waited, and waited FINALLY at 7:01p message came, "Your order is out for delivery" Great! At 7:30p received a call from the store asking if I would be ok with hand toss instead of thin crust. My order is out for delivery what is this about, I said? Then I asked for a manager. Manager gets in the phone saying, "My system has a "gitch" where orders look like they're out for delivery and they're not. We're backed up and running out of stuff.. She asked if I wanted a refund or the change. I said refund please. She said, "I got you" and hung up. I've never dealt with this type of customer service and care. This location needs to close until everyone is properly trained. Unacceptable Pizza Hut!!

The last 3 times I ordered from this location, I placed my order online and got an email telling me when the food would be ready. All 3 times, the food was NOT ready when I arrived at the pickup window. I had to wait 45 extra minutes each time. Though the quality of the food was fine, the wait time was ridiculous.

The gentleman that helped me on my last few visits, Chris, is what makes it worth it. Not counting the last two visits, all of the previous visits were bad - over cooked food, missing items from my order, an hours long wait just to pick up the food. I understand Covid, the lack of labor, and logistics that go with it but I also understand minimum standards and bad attitudes. For years PH has been my favorite pizza joint, but the last 15 to 20 visits, barring a few exceptions, have not been pleasant. Props to Chris for at least trying to make my PH experience enjoyable. Thank you Chris!
