Coffee 8 cream 20 sugar, this is what I got. I went back to McDonald's and told them the next day only to feel stupid that I was at the wrong one. I went to the one on Gate City. I had forgotten I went to the other one. They would have given me another coffee. I told the manager there thank you but no thank you let them correct it. I got my coffee from Gate City like I always do and was happy. I thanked the manager and apologized for the inconvenience. I wish I would have gotten her name she was very professional and understanding.

Came here at 10:00pm on a Friday. It was so refreshing to have quality service. Both the man taking orders and the lady working the window were so nice! Since the pandemic it’s hard to come by a fast food place with a pleasant staff. Kudos to this team!

I went at lunchtime. I expected a little wait time. I only have 30 mins for lunch. Usually when I go to this particular McDonald's on West Market St, the drive thru flows smoothly. They asked me to pull around the little curve that they have. It was already 2 cars there. I only had about 12 mins to get back to work. I asked for a refund. The manager come to the window with an attitude and my food in her hand. She practically threw it at me. The next time, I will go to Wendy's or Burger King if I want a burger.

I visit this location frequently and all the staff are super friendly, hardworking, and professional. Food is always great and orders correct. Highly recommend this location!!

Can't get in to use the bathroom in the morning stores closed for inside use. Have eat outside in the car . Food is cooked proper and wait times aren't too bad

Do not go inside! Go through the drive-through or really just do not waste your Time. If you do go inside you will not be helped you will stand at the register and watch them focus only on the drive-through you will not be acknowledged and your order will not be taken. I know I just stood at the register for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgment at all had to go through drive-through just for the manager to let me know to get someone's attention. I did not know that we had to go into restaurants and beg for attention now when did this start?

Was in line at the drive thru., made me pull to the side for two coffees lol. But, I come here allot, they always do their best and that is fine with me. Good place to eat

I gave cashier 6quarters 1dime 2pennies and 2 $1.00 bills correct change person said they needed more money had to explain 4 quarters are $1.00
