Never come to this location. They started spraying the sandwich areas with cleaning supplies. The boy touched the spray bottle to move it and continued making my sandwiches with the same gloves. I know it doesn’t take a skill to make sandwiches but you shouldn’t have meats, veggies & sauces hanging out of the sandwich & all on the wrapper before folding it. We asked for some jalapeños & I noticed he didn’t put it in the bag yet but when we asked about it, he said he had already put it in the bag. The way he made the sandwiches made it looked unappetizing & the whole cleaning spray made us not want to eat there anymore so we returned our sandwiches.

Would have given it 0 stars. Same owner of this and the one on Fleming Rd abusive to his employees. I seen him doing it right in front of my mother and I. Would have called the cops if I didn't think he would have hurt her even more. Stand up for your fellow Americans and boycott both of these locations

NEVER EAT HERE. Just yesterday one of the employees wiped her running nose with her gloves & then proceeded to make my sandwich as if I didn’t see what she had just done. I left out immediately. I called the manager/boss this afternoon and she told me “maybe you have the wrong store” I live 5 minutes away. I have come to that location numerous times. She handled that manner very unprofessional. Myself or my family & friends will never be eating there again.

Where to start? Went during the week with a family member. Dude behind the counter looked at us like he couldn't figure out why we were there. When we ordered, he finally spoke only to ask "is that on our menu?" "Really? I am LOOKING at your menu!"..my mother's order was supposed to be toasted-it was burned! The store was out of mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. Asked the employee if he could check the back and he just mumbled "I don't think so". We walked out without our food and went to another Subway.

Past employee :: i do not recommend spending your money here/eating here. manager would have us serve day(s) old bread, day(s) old cookies, the line was rarely flipped (so if you got some food near the bottom there is no telling how old it is), after power outages and food had gone bad, they still served the food (both myself and another coworker got food poisoning from this but the bosses said our sickness wasn’t from their food), i came into work in early april 2021 and the cooler was past 65°f (meats and cheeses are to be stored at 45°f or cooler otherwise food goes bad) and the manager told me to still set out the food even though after checking the temperatures on the items they were all over 65°f (gross and unsafe). After this incident i ended up calling the health department and AFTER that, the manager decided to shut down the store and throw out the old food, but only because the health department was coming. These people will ignore your health just to get a few extra bucks in their pockets. very rude owners (except for Ali). I have had multiple complaints about the manager Arya from multiple different customers. They are unfair to their workers and customers. Nothing is ever properly cleaned there. The dishes always smell musty and always have a film of filth on them. Do not eat here.
