Subway

Ordered sub on app for curbside pickup. Arrived when app said it was ready, advised I was there and in assigned parking, but no one brought to car. After 30 minutes of trying to call the store with no answer and blowing my horn once, went inside and girl said her computer went down, but managed to make sub the exact way I ordered. By this time no customers were there for at least 15 minutes. When I walked in she grabbed my sub off the counter and said it was mine. She had absolutely no intention of bringing to the car.

I came in on 6/6 and there was a new girl working by herself (I know because she told me). She didn’t know what came on the subs because it was her 1st day and she was by herself! Finally got the subs made and the system was down. She called someone for help and they told her to call another or I could use cash but I only had a card. I waited about 10 mins and finally said forget. 3 subs made for nothing..wasted time!!

5 stars for the girl who helped me out at the counter. My son was crying so bad because we didn’t have warm milk. We were at the plaza to meet someone and didn’t plane on eating anywhere there. I decided to go inside subway and ask for help, so i bought a cookie and figured out i was short on change. The cashier let me have the cookie anyway and warmed up my son’s bottle which im thankful for. I wish her knew her name so i could mention it. I was really impressed how clean the restaurant was and it was rush time.

I work from home so I go here several times a week because it's so close to home. Ordered curbside pickup. Got there and waited a bit but I knew there were people inside so it was fine. Girl brought out my food. I asked if she could bring the side of Sriracha out that I had requested that wasn't in the bag and she told me it wasn't requested. I even checked the receipt and it was on there... so she had someone else bring it to me. I get home and my club isn't cut, isn't on the right bread, and has no meat... it's veggies and bread. I call up there and she tells me she watched the guy make it. Acted like I was wrong and lying. I paid $9 for bread and veggies??? She had me come back up there and they remade it but it was just rude. I work in customer service and I would never handle a situation that I messed up like this. Stuff happens, mistakes are made sometimes... I get this but don't treat your customers like that. I won't be doing business with them again. Very disappointing.

I have to take the time out to commend Willie and this store I come to this store atleast twice a week for myself and co workers and each time Willie has prepared our orders he is always super super sweet and always has a smile on working hard never just standing around unluck some other places I’ve experienced... completely knowledgeable about menu items and recommendations on what to try!! Not everyday do people get the recognition they deserve! But I hope you do you deserve it! Go willie aslong as he is an employee at this location y’all have a returning customer in me!
