it was 8:33 on the dot and I tried to go in and get a cup of coffee after a long day and the two girls working tonight didn’t let me in because they were claiming that they were closed even though their hours that they close at 9 Some people just don’t want to work…

Coffee and service are great here, perfect place to have a first date. Sun and tables outside in a great center of Greensboro.

I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons. First, the employees are not always the friendliest at this Starbucks. Second, it's a little small inside for a standalone store. There is a lot of outdoor seating. That helps relieve the seating issue when the weather permits. It's a convenient location due to all the other restaurants and shops around.

Starbucks coffee is pretty good and they have a nice cozy atmosphere. Although, I am a big frappuccino lover and the fraps at Starbucks always disappoint me; they taste like water because they add wayyy too much ice in their drinks. I pretty much always have to get a Venti to actually drink something.

Good Starbucks location right off New Garden Road. I recommend their great pastries. The chocolate croissant comes to mind along with their lemon pound cake. I recommend their seasonal lattes like the pumpkin spice and also their new flat white which tastes smooth and delicious. Enjoy free WIFI if you dine in as well.

It's Starbucks, not much different than the others, but I'm not a fan of the customer service at the Jefferson Village location. They entertain each other well, but on more than one occasion, I felt like I was a nuisance for even coming in.

Frequent regular. I love their ultra caramel frap, hot white mocha and my new fave hot cinnamon shortbread latte.

Typical Starbucks, customer service was ok - nothing really outstanding, drinks were good and the location is convenient.
