Subway

Horrible experience. They had no clue how to make the requested sandwich and decided to put another meat on there and not tell me they did not know what a Subway Melt was. You could tell the employees in there were new and were clueless. However the one young lady treated us disrespectfully after asking what meats she put on it as it wasn't correct. After continued attitude towards me as the paying customer I requested my money back as I was not please. At this point I felt very discriminated against because I suffer from PTSD and her actions triggered that immediately. She did not know how to return my money and upon finally giving me money back because she did not give any customers their receipt she still shorted me $1.10. I am definitely writing to corporate and Manager. This is completely unacceptable service. They should not undertrain their employees and should not leave them unattended if they do not know how to do their job correctly.

Poor customer service from the older man that works here. He was definitely not friendly at all rushed making my sub and acted as if he was getting very impatient with all that I was asking him to put on my sub. Bought two cookies with my sub and when i got home one was literally biten into...you can clearly see someone took a bite out of the cookie he put into my bag. Bread was hard and tuna on my sub was not fresh at all. Absolutely rediculous!!!

When I travel for work, I try to eat subway to be a little more healthy. I stopped by this store with some hesitation because they had a low score. However I noticed it was due to bad customer service. This was not my experience. I was super impressed with the friendliness of the staff and customer service I received.

Serious attitude problems from some employees. .They usually make pretty good subs there.... But the attitudes of some of the employees are terrible.... There is one black lady there who is nice and professional... But as always it's the black girls that work there that seem to hate working there and push that attitude on to the customers.... Unless you are an attractive black male then they are all smiles.... I am a black woman so... Don't say I'm being racist....

Very unproffesional, DURING NORMAL STORE HOURS STAFF WASN'T THERE. I WAITED FOR 10 MINUTES. Finally, they pulled up entering the store with a strong odor of MARIJUANA TRAILING BEHING and weren't even apologetic they had left. Than SHE proceeded to take my order while talking on HER cellphone arguing with someone... MY FAMILY AND I WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER.
