Bojangles

Nasty restaurant! This particular day, there were only kids working there! They were playing around in the kitchen, the young man was bringing me a fresh biscuit from the back. He carried it in his hand with gloves, playing with it, shuffling my biscuit from hand to hand. The fountain drinks were almost completely out of flavors. I was returning a Supreme combo back that someone brought me for lunch, the food was old and the tea was supposed to have been sweet tea, and it was unsweetened.

They were slammed today. It's tax time so people quit and people are still getting paid to not work. I was on the road outside of Bojangles for about 5 minutes until I could get in and park. I'm giving them five stars because it was deserved. The food was still fresh and the workers who were there worked really hard! They didn't go home like some did, they were respectful, and they handled pressure excellent. Whoever worked today, should get a pay bump, they just did a phenomenal job on a day like today. I will return to this location because of those employees. I know that whatever is going on in the world this location is going to have people there and a place I can trust is a place that gets my money. I commend them for making today possible.

Today I pull up to the drive thru and immediately notice the person taking my order was very rude and wouldn’t even let me finish before he ask “will that complete your order” then I order fresh fries and I'm told to pull forward and wait. My food came out a few minutes later and my fries were old and cold. I didn’t have time to go back right away so I called. The man taking my order turned out to be the Manager and was very short on the phone. I use to work fast food and simple things like fresh fries aren’t an impossible request and being nice isn’t too much to ask. I will not be back!

It's become a regular occurrence to be told that they have no chicken, or no legs. I'd understand if it was late or close to closing, but this has happened in the middle of the day. On at least 2 occasions when I've gone here and no one answered the drive thru at all, yet you can see people inside when you go past the window. This place is in desperate need for a whole new crew, from management on down. On the bright side, I've been eating a lot more chick fil a.

I honestly hate to even give them one star...the service my family and I received was the absolute worst. We waited 45 minutes only to receive cold food...took it bk in to get fresh fries...got home to discovered the biscuits were hard as bricks and the rice was burnt. The staff were on the phones and acting as if they could careless...the manager had on a nasty apron came outside then went back inside and started back working. This bojangles use to be great but they have taken a turn for the worse.
