Wings Etc.

Unfortunately, our visit here tonight was disappointing. Our waitress was in over her head. My husband's shrimp dinner was not worth the money. Supposed to be 12 only received 9. Did get the other 3 but were greasy, the Cole slaw was rancid. The curly fries were cold. My wings were the best part. Good sauce and hot. We won't be back for awhile.

Being a local establishment I'd suggest going to Wings etc; As Opposed to Buffalo Wild Wings. Their service is better, faster, and the atmosphere is intriguing. I really like the montage of old sports tickets epoxied into the bar table. I like the Hot Honey Garlic sauce best, but I don't think I would venture farther than the Asian Kick...choice is yours...cheers🍻

Worst service I have ever received. I came in with my husband and daughter. We stood at the front for several minutes and made eye contact with at least 3 employees before someone came over and sat us. Mind you, there was only one table occupied in the entire restaurant. We got sat and we waited. And waited. And waited. No one even came over to ask us our drink order. I finally got up after several minutes of waiting and saw 4 young women standing behind the bar all just chatting away. I asked if we could please get some service and that we would greatly appreciate it. They all stared at me as if I was the one being rude. I walked back over to our table and nobody followed me over. We sat for another minute and decided to leave. Absolutely pathetic. I work in a bar and I never give bad reviews because I empathize with employees. But this was just ridiculous. We went to Bdubs and ended up tipping our waitress 35 dollars on a 75 dollar tab. We always overtip and take care of our waitresses. Your loss. Will never return.

Very poor customer service. Tried calling to place an order and they first answered and said "Hello this is cracker Barrel" Then second try they said "Hello this is burger King" I then re checked the phone number and attempted to call again. They answered as Wings Etc while all laughing. I said I would like to place a to go order and the lady on the phone started laughing and the boy in the back kept saying tell her I want to go home. Then it went dead silent....she put me on hold, then it clicked back on and they all started laughing. I just hung up. Not going to get my food spit in or ruined since they "wanna go home" ........What kind of people work here? Sounds like a bunch of teenagers who don't know the value of true work ethic. Please do better Wings Etc. We will not be back.... done made me MAD.!!!!!

Nobody acknowledged us after 10mins of standing at hostess stand, so we proceeded to sit down. 10 mins later not a waiter/waitress in sight. Used to be an awesome location, appears Covid impact still in play so likely best to try another place. We went to BW3 next door and it was busy, but luckily seated immediately…and food was out quickly. Hope Wings can recover but fear they won’t make it without some changes. We regularly go to the Noblesville Wings etc location and they are awesome so hope this location finds help.
