Taco Bell

Went to Taco Bell yesterday for lunch with my wife and our daughter. The place was filthy I mean we couldn't even find a clean table to sit at. I actually had to wipe one. The employees were yelling back an forth to each other so loudly and unprofessional. Then another employees family member came in and it just got louder and louder they had a little boy who had no shoes on and his feet were black. They allowed him to climb all over the counter. Very unpleasant experience.

Slowest taco bell in the existence of the company. Impossible to get through the drive thru without it taking 20-30 minutes because they take an order and make an order one at a time. If you pull up to the speaker, they will tell you to wait until they have the car in front of you completely finished and pulled off. I've had to just keep driving by any time I want to stop because it's 30 to 40 cars deep at all times.

I witnessed horrible management skills by a very young unprofessional little girl. Young lady if a customer comes in and complains about her chalupa shell being hard to an employee and all you did was give attitude blaming the customer behind her back after she left, you should not be in management. You couldn't even be bothered to greet the customer. You NEVER talk trash with employees in an open kitchen. You should be ashamed and not be a manager. Taco bell must seriously need some help to allow this behavior.

Have ordered and paid online numerous times with no issues. Tried repeatedly to place an order tonight and finally got a message that the Taco Bell website was having problems. Went to the store and tried to place our order which was an "online" exclusive. Person taking the order (drive through) refused to honor the online prices even when we explained that we had tried to place the order online and the Taco Bell website was not working. On the other hand, we asked for 4 mild sauce packets and scored 13! Manager of this store needs to have an attitude adjustment conversation with employees.

This is the best taco bell on the planet. If you're in Greeneville & craving taco bell, go to the AJ Hwy store & just keep driving, I promise you they are either out of meat, out of taco shells, or out of ice(literally told me that one day), & it's about a 75% chance they're out of all three. Don't even waste your time, just go 8 minutes down the road to this location & you won't pull out of Taco Bell cussing. You're welcome...
