Dunkin'

I wish I could give them a million stars! I was having a pretty blah day at work and stopped by here during my lunch break. The person serving me (I believe the manager, but I'm not 100% sure) added a free donut onto my order. She completely changed my day! I didn't catch her name, but every time I have gone there, she is always the nicest person. Thank you for making my day better!!

I have been ordering from this location for years and have always been happy with the customer service, until today. I placed an online order for a hot coffee and an expresso shot. After receiving a hot coffee I waited for the single shot, only to be told that it was in the coffee. When I explained that isn't what I wanted, she informed me that I had to specify on the app that I wanted it "on the side". This seemed strange to me because where would the shot have gone if I ordered 2 coffees? I asked if I had to reorder through the app for it to be remade since she said it was my mistake and she said she would remake it but would lose on product. I apologized and thanked her for remaking the order. I checked the app after I got home to see if there was an option to have it on the side. There is not. She assumed it was going to be added to the cup of coffee and when she discovered she was wrong, instead of apologizing and remaking it, she made it seem like it was my fault. I would not have been mad at her if she would have just said that, we all make mistakes. Blaming the customer for your mistake is wrong and doesn't encourage me to continue giving my business.

Dunkin Donuts, hands-down, has one of if not the best tasting coffee in America. They have truly nailed the balance of what we have come to expect. It has been a great treat or reward to come here. As for this location, it is always clean, everyone seems as friendly as can be given the combination homeless/corporate population present here. Bright and airy and super fast Wi-Fi seal the deal on this sweet treat!

I love this Dunkin Donut shop. The staff are great, and coffee the best. Since the pandemic and the store closes early, my friend and I have been to several different DD. I don’t know why, but we have noticed a difference in the taste of the coffee. This DD is the best and we miss it. Can’t wait till it starts staying open later, at least till 7:00PM till we can get there after work. Love and miss this DD
