Subway

Worst experience of my life - will never go back! Ordered pick-up, checked in, but after ten minutes still no food. Called and was told didn't get my message - waited another 5 minutes. No - "I'm sorry" or "thank you". She was totally rude. Ordered a meatball sub and American Salad Bowl. Food was cold, bun was soggy and chewy, salad bowl looked like someone threw up in it (smothered in dressing) - just trashed it all. I was afraid to eat it after her attitude. So much for supporting this local Subway.

The two girls behind the counter were making rude comments the whole time and asked over and over what it was that we wanted on our sandwiches after we had just told her. I get having a hard time keeping up with lunch rush but I also understand that there is a level of professionalism that goes into having a job right in front of your costumer.

If the young girls who worked today on Wednesday July 7th at 7pm. Would pay attention to their customers instead of chatting!! My husband is on oxygen 24/7 he drove to pick up his order. He asked them if they would please bring him his order. 25 minutes later still waiting on his order. Neither one of those girls deserve to have a job there job!! If they cannot serve their customers they need to quit or be fired!!

I'm highly upset with my experience today at this Subway. Whenever I arrived there was several employees just staring at me. There was no urgency. Very Slow. Another big thing that upset me was the price of my sandwich, I was charged 6 dollars for bout 6 pieces of pepperoni that was the size of my palm of my hand. 14 dollars for a sandwich I had before paid 750 for at a different location.

Will never go here again, the girl working nov 7@ 4 pm is horrible, she got my bread out and as she was cutting it to put ingredients on she tore the bread, was rude like she couldn't be bothered, very sloppily put sandwich together and didn't want to hardly put anything on it, I had to keep asking for more, whatever she makes an hour is too much, won't be going back there...

Ordered online and ask the subs were made correctly other than the 2 that were supposed to be toasted did not get toasted n at the bottom of online order there's a spot for special instructions-- I asked for oil n vinegar packets to be included with order- they didn't include them. Breads n veggies were fresh. My hubby decided to order order a dozen mix assortment of cookies when he picked up order. ALL (white choc raspberry, oatmeal raisin, choc chip) were all stale n super dry... the white choc macadamia nut ones were the only fresh cookies :'(
