Employee just having a terrible day decides to take it out on the sandwiches. Stay classy Subway. This is how I unwrapped my sandwich....how unappealing. I handed it back and the employee didn't even care... She gave me a mumbled "sry bout dat" and I walked out.
Don't eat here unless you want to feel bad about yourself for inconveniencing the staff by making them make you a sandwich.

I’m not the type of person to do this but if you’re going to have your hours posted both online and on a sign on the door, maybe follow them. Both online and the door sign said “open until 9pm” but when I got there at 7:06pm doors were locked and no one answered the phone. If you need to close early, put a notice on the door that you’re closing early, it’s not difficult. Seriously negligent employees.

The restaurant was clean and looked nice. The employee was friendly, but was unable to answer any questions about my app order. My order was also missing an item. The employee did make it quickly, but my order was 13 minutes later than the time it should have been done. There were also 3 sliders ordered that were all put in the same bag. What a mess that was! Sauce from one was on the others. We ended up having to pull out the pieces and reconstruct our sandwiches before we could eat. I would not recommend placing an online order at this location.

By far the worst subway Ive ever been to. Soda is always flat, garbage always overflowing, food always stale, employees always bad at their job, things never stocked (not things that are on back order becuase of covid, things that they just dont do so its not ready for guests, like pulling the guacamole from the freezer). The employees are on their phones up by the food, have open drinks and sip on them while making sandwiches, and 9/10 are sitting in the seating talking to friends. The last time I came in, I waited for 3 min while the employee sat on their phone in a booth. When she finally came, she grabbed some gloves and asked me what I wanted. I told her she had to wash her hands. She lifted up her hands and said I have gloves. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I told her she still needed to wash her hands, she grumbled and stomped to the back. I just left, I shouldnt have to nag the staff to fallow basic sanitation laws. Dont go here, its a waste of money and time, and after going time and time again hoping it was just that day, I will never go here again. Scotts subs will be getting all my business after it opens across the street.

Just another Subway.
Reduced menu options than several months ago.
Increased prices,and lots of lettuce to fill the bread.
We ordered a footlong, and the bread was cut in half before ingredients were added.
First time we had seen this done.

love this place, but this location was the worst experience i have had. definitely should have gone to jimmy jonhs over here!! more or less for the young lady with purple hair that was making just a huge mess and rushing every sandwiches. Also not to mention multiple people in line having to repeat themselves because she has air pods in !!!! what compqny would allow their employees that work with food taking orders to wear those ! not only was i stressed and annoyed but everyone inline as well. then for at the end to juat have my subs in a bag shoved at me with receipt and change and no thanks stop again or thanks for coming. terrible!

We ordered subway online scheduled to be ready for pickup at 5:55pm. My fiancé drives to subway to pick it up and gets there at 6pm. The order of two wraps was not yet made. My fiancé waits patiently as customers are walking in. The one worker at the store on a Saturday night helps every other customer that walked in. My fiancé didn’t get our food until 6:45. An hour. An hour for two wrap. Ridiculous. When she just got home we now notice the order is wrong. We have tried to call customer support and only get an automated message. This is one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.
