Pine Tree Grill is located in the Radisson Hotel, next door to the Oneida Casino.
A pleasant find. We’re casino customers and receive food /drink vouchers and just can’t eat the food served in the casino, the food in all 5 casino food locations is “poor” to be kind.
If you must have a bite stay away from everything fried, especially the fried chicken from the chicken bar, burned almost rancid flavor. Lack of customers should indicate the food quality.
At the Pine Tree we had the soup & salad lunch special, a very good meal and service. Clam chowder was top notch as was the salad, best we’ve had in a long time.
Menu is complete, both lunch and dinner, pricing is midrange, bloody merry is top notch. Great selection of appetizers, salad, burgers & steaks
We will return, OFTEN.

Sue was our server and let me tell you, I've never had such pleasant service from a waitress before! We had breakfast buffet and for such early time Sue was more than happy to help every person eating, she kept checking on us to make sure our drinks were always full or if we needed any condiments and to make sure we were doing good-- without being overwhelming so I loved my visit!

Worst food ever. Expensive food, very small menu, was advertised as great steak selection and fresh seafood and had 2 steaks and salmon on the menu. No specials, very loud waitstaff and kitchen staff. Ordered sandwiches. Medium rare/medium burger was well beyond well done. Would never go back.

Garbage. The first time I came I had the fish fry or fish n chips. It was disgusting. It was like it was super old. The second time which was last night, I had the jalapeño burger and French onion soup. The soup had clearly been left in a warmer for way way too long. It tasted old and burnt. The burger was so dry, I couldn’t even eat it. I couldn’t taste the sauce that is supposed to be on the burger, but I could see it. The service is just ok. The servers take forever to get to your table once you are sat. I watched that happen to table after table. After that, they are somewhat attentive. Whoever manages this place clearly takes no pride in their job, and is fine with the restaurant being good enough, because it’s pretty much the only affordable option at the radisson.

Pork skins were filled with dry old pork had a bad taste to it, topped with very over cooked cheese. Parmesan chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked my chicken was almost black very an edible mash potatoes with sour my husband's Burger was supposed to have bacon and pepper jack cheese on it it had neither and it was obviously a frozen patty his fries were very Bland and cold we could not even eat a meal. While we were there two other people had complaints about their meal as well. Waiter was great, definitely change in the kitchen.

Decent little breakfast buffet. There was a college football team going through the line & they were keeping everything filled despite the evidently ravenous appetites. Really liked the fresh fruit.

Don't believe the negative reviews. The food is not just good it's surprisingly good. The braised short ribs is so tender that forks are optional. Excellent food and service, give them a try you won't be sorry.

Service was a little sketchy: they weren’t busy and it took pretty long to be waited on. The food was pretty delicious though. The cheese curds were very tasty.
