One of the greatest things about my gorgeous home and neighborhood is that my service dog and I can hoof it to this gem in five minutes. Yeah Baby!

A solid 3 stars, food was good. I had the CFS , a bit on the small portion compared to others I've had but flavor was good nonetheless... gravy questionable, more like instant but flavoring was good... I recommend the place for a quick country bite... I'll be back

$13 for breakfast? I ordered eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns with gravy. Eggs were undercooked, toast was tiny, hash brown portion was small and sausage gravy was too sweet. The only good part of the breakfast was the 4 pieces of thick cut bacon. The burger and sandwich prices were lower than the breakfast prices.

Delicious little local place. Went for breakfast - we had an omelet and the 'breakfast mess' along with some pancakes on the side. Everything was very tasty, and the service was very attentive but not overbearing.

So I ordered by phone for takeout... I was told 15-20 minutes. I finally walked out with my order 35 minutes later (according to call times). I literally stood at the register for nearly 5 minutes, without being acknowledged. In that time I watched both waitresses in the service station talking, and then greeting the next customers that came in and sat down, and getting them drinks and menus. I watched them run food, take orders, run the register, and bag up takeaway food, all with masks around their necks, or at least under their noses.
Then the food... They didn't add the sausage gravy that I ordered. I'm not sure if I paid for it, because I wasn't given an itemized receipt. And apparently they haven't heard of salt or pepper. Because there was none on any of our food. Much less any other seasoning. I guess the elderly folks (that were 90% of the people in the place when I went) don't dig seasoning, or they're catering to limited sodium diets. If I was serving mostly elderly people all day, I'd be incredibly cautious about wearing my mask properly, given this pandemic, and how it's affecting\killing the elderly.
Just bleh.

When I first walked in, I noticed that the tables have a green sanitized sign so you know it's been cleaned and ready to go. We we're greeted right away but that is not always the case at Lippi's. Sometimes you need to wave at them so they see that new people came in. It's not a deal breaker. It's real life. They are really busy and friendly. There is table seating and no booths. The inside is decorated with paintings, knickknacks and a pretty cool vintage mixer collection. The bathrooms are located in the back off a short hallway. There are 2 individual bathrooms and they appear to be big enough for a wheelchair. The front door might be difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver, so I recommend using the rear entrance.
They have great pies, coffee, sandwiches and breakfast.
Overall, it's a great little place with a 95 person capacity when COVID-19 settles down. I just happened to notice that sign so I figured I'd mention it.
